Per the subtitles, I think Olivia says, "Hi Peter".

She could easily say "Hi Peter". She's been in the tank, hasn't seen him for awhile, so the first thing she could think of was saying hello. That's not weird and it makes plenty of sense. They both had a major rush of adrenaline, and anything they said wouldn't exactly fit the normal situation. "Hi Peter" is perfect for them and their relationship at that point in time. Still awkward, but trying to figure each other out.

@AwesomeAuror and TheFilmsCentral She didn't say " Have Peter or Hi Peter, I have the whole season on DVD and I have watched this part enough to know it is Oh Peter, Why the hell would anyone say Have Peter, why would the writers put that in even, it wouldn't even make sense, and hi Peter wouldn't ether, these are great writers here not some morons who write for some teen show or something, they don't do stupid, I can't believe people arguing that she said something so stupid and un-real,jeez!

The scene is from Fringe Episode 13 and is called "The Transformation." The DVD and Blu-Ray versions of the whole first season were just released two days ago, so you can rent or buy it and watch the whole episode! :)
