When I read Cupcakes, at first it didn't really bother me. I'm writing an alternate ending to it (Cupcakes), and I was reading it over again (I'd also read it multiple times before that) and only when I really thought about how it must feel to be in Dash's position did I feel a teensy bit squeamish. I've only read Sweet Apple Massacre once, and I don't have to read it again to feel sick. I don't think it was as descriptive as Cupcakes was (thank goodness), but it grossed me out. :S

I didn't find Sweet Apple Massacre as bad as Cupcakes...There was a lack of suspense, the gore factor was a lot higher in Cupcakes, and there was the fact that Big M isn't as well known or loved a character as Pinkie-he's just sort've there and has one known phrase, and that's it. But Pinkie everyone knows, and she's always happy and bouncy-to me it'd be a lot scarier being hacked up by someone who's giggling innocently and having fun than one who's just stoic. So, to me, Cupcakes wins.
