  • lol.. take the spacers out from between the blocks and try it.

  • Look again there are NO spacers...

  • So,...do you guys' actually train in-person with someone, or have you purchased a bunch of Iron Palm videos,... I only ask this because I saw you were training Wing-Chun Ring techniques in the other youtube-clip, as well as 'Snake Turns Over' and then 'Coconut -Breaking'?,..all of these techniques are from different schools. Just curious,..lol'. Nice break!

  • Brother, not to come off as rude but all you have to do is go to my youtube page and you can see exactly who I have trained with and what style (my brother in the other videos has trained under different teachers as well). Yes, we train in-person; currently in the "Ng Family Style". However we do have extensive book and video libraries. We are like most like long kung fu students we are mutts with various lineages. --Much more than MA nerds with a VCR black belt...

  • damm,u guys have definatly a pair of iron hand. f****g awsome

  • YES SIR!!!

  • i wish i could do that

  • holy crap thats really nice :x ! im slapping a rock for 6 months 100 slaps a day do you think im able to break one ?

  • Please dont take this offensively, Im just curious-are those blocks spaced at all? I can see that theres a dark line (shadow?) between the blocks, and wondered if you used some sort of spacers. Ive heard of using pennies.

    I mean no disrespect. Thanks.

  • If you look at the description of this video it says, "three unspaced." --No I do not use ANY spacers of ANY KIND. Just blocks stacked on top of other blocks. I believe "spaced blocks" are fraudulent breaks. If I spaced my blocks I would be breaking a stack of ten. Thanks...

  • Excellent break!

I like how you tap to bring the Qi to the hands.

You guys are really coming along.

    Be well, train hard

    Dale Dugas

  • Thanks Brother Dale your kind words always makes me proud.

The path/way is still filled with much much more, I hope through dedication its secrets will unfold themselves.
