Please Practice Holding the Camera Still, Hint Mono pod can be helpful, and limit Your Drink intake, Nice Color & Lighting, could have been Historical Recording without all the movement.MOB
The camera and lens rig weigh 4 pounds. I think I did a pretty good job for most of those 11 minutes, shooting around dancers and cocktail waitresses. A tripod would have been great, a monopod too, but at that point, somebody might start to wonder if things weren't looking a little "too" professional.
@1RAVENGANG52 it a chromatic harp in the key of c,played in third position in d(minor), probably a 64- one, like george smith used to have... since he´s a hohner endorser problaby a hohner model... cheers
@Oldspirit189 Thanks for the tip. I'll rename the video. Do you have any idea of the title for the instrumental jam I posted? I may post another video or two from the show, but those two were the best in my opinion.
@jonathan1stewart the other song doesn't have a name and Kim will probably never record it, I always just call it Kim's Thing. Any harp player who goes to his shows knows this song is where you'll learn more than a few licks. This is his showstopper that he does at his shows, thanks for posting it. If you're looking to call it something, call it Kim's Boogie in E. Please post more, can't ever get enough of Kim's outstanding playing, and his band is always tight.
