  • what a tool...

  • FUCK THE DMV

  • listen bro there are more then a billion people in the world, youre gonna have to wait four ours out of your 24 hour everyday life at some point, let me put it in your language:

    patience young nerd

  • I must be REALLY bored if I am listening to someone complain about waiting at the DMV.

  • Why didn't he just update his Drivers License over the Internet. JEEEEZ, Who goes to the DMV any more for that type stuff any way.. That's just, Well, Silly. I mean, If your under 60, and you still go to the DMV for renewals, YOUR JUST STUPID.

and that's all I have to say about that.

  • @commonman80 Depending on what info you're changing, you often do have to go to the DMV in person. Also, it's "you're".

  • Welcome to DMV

  • this guy gets owned by thunderf00t

  • can you shutup?

  • You waited in line for 2 hours to hear that the computer system was down? Seems like someone would come out and tell everyone that it was down i dont see how you would have to wait in line to find out.

  • i was there for 2 hours

  • cry more, and I find it funny that every time I've waited at the DMV, it's been a relatively pleasant experience and an acceptable waiting time. Stop exaggerating the turmoil you experienced and don't even try to relate it to government run healthcare, because the two are not the same.

  • @KoutetsuTenshin wait until you are having a stroke. hahahahaa then it will really be funny.

  • @KoutetsuTenshin Seriously? It's always been a pleasant experience and an acceptable waiting time? I waited 3 hours today to be told I had an outstanding ticket I paid 2 years ago (Jay walking) so I had to go to the courthouse to get proof the ticket had been paid and my license hadn't been revoked only to go back to the DMV and wait another 3 hours. I don't know where you live but you're very lucky and I think in the minority.

  • I agree

  • pussy whipped panzy. your parents must have been candy asses too. go to the gym and lift weights.

  • If Starbucks had a four hour wait, they'd go out of business in 2 seconds. The government is just as bad but we are told that they need to take more of our money. Insane.

  • you waited because you got there before it opened... dumbass

  • @hotdog69699, LOL

  • shut the fuck up

  • hey smart pants, you DONT NEED A DRIVERS LICENSE unless you are "driving" (participating in commerce= getting paid to drive). otherwise you are travelling and you dont need any license for that, i would expect you to read the small print...

  • Get an Appointment...

  • Come to think of it, am getting the impression that most countries' "DMV"s are equally inefficient. I have dealt with at least 3 countries' "DMV"s and the story is the same. But let me not be quick to generalize. Maybe someone could share with us better experiences from their country's DMV?

  • time to sue

  • Couldn't have said this any better. Imagine how long you'll wait at the government health care clinic. And, if you refuse to participate they will extract money from your private savings account, in full violation of the 4th Amendment. Bill of Rights... WHAT Bill of Rights!?!?!

  • haha. you think the DMV is a monopoly. your stupid. It is government owned to prevent fraud. A monopoly is something like Walmart, or Tiukinhoy, (do your research.) But the DMV is time-consuming. And about mecal insurance, Medicare was working great for the elderly until bush senior privatized over half of it. Once privatized, coverage was cut, clinics were cut, and doctors were cut. you need to educate yourself before you open your fucken mouth

  • Comment removed

  • @floresluis02

The fact that you can live your life without ever stepping foot in a Walmart negates your argument. However you sure can't live a normal life unless you visit the DMV whenever you are told to.

  • Comment removed

  • Your point would be better made if you said all this to a video background of your experience.

  • The government controls licensing because that's one of it's functions. It's not a monopoly issue, it's a centralized quality control issue. We need centralized quality control for franchising activities like driving, practicing medicine, issuing insurance, applying chemicals to hair, etc. This helps reduce the incidence of injury or fraud.

I do agree with the part of your argument that the bureaucracy sucks. Job creation is no excuse for not using new tech to ease the use of these services.

  • Hey Lee, I love your videos but this one has me scratching my head. Why wouldn’t you just renew your license (or change your address) ONLINE instead of going to that crazy place? I haven’t been to a DMV for YEARS once I learned could get all I needed online (and ironically, they make it a zillions times more efficient and more convenient than going down to that Hell-hole). Even if their computers are down, when they come back online your request gets processed without you having to wait in line.

  • Good Analogy!!

  • I remember when it was like that in canada. Then the government privitized the DMV.

Now when you get your drivers liscence in canada the wait is about 5 minutes. You can also get your plates in the same place. You can register your insurance there, they take your picture there, everything can be done in one trip efficiently.

AND DMV outlets have popped out everywhere. They are in CAA buildings, shopping malls, strip plazas, and town halls. Getting your car road legal is super easy now.

  • This is perfect.

the question is, do you want the DMV running your health care or Starbucks.

Private business wants you there because they make a profit, DMV doesn't care if you ever come back and hope you don't, it's less work for them.

Once again, This is "How the World Works"

  • @americanbandwidth Good point, but the nice thing about free markets is, too, that I can go to Dunkin Donuts if I don't want Starbucks.

  • That happened because of a system overload and formatting trouble in the account management software , it shouldnt have affected the rest of the members access to our services

  • do you live in Virginia?

  • I went to the Tag Agency, to get my 1 day expired DL renewed, brought my Birth Certificate, and my SS card. I was told they couldn't renew it, because my Birth Certificate wasn't issued by the Oklahoma State Registrar, OF COURSE IT WASN'T because I was born in MONTANA!!!

  • No lordspark the California dmvs are pretty much cesspits too, at least the ones in Los Angeles are. My friend actually told one of the employees that they should be a little nicer since us taxpayers are funding their salaries, to which she snottily replied "oh no! We are privately funded!" hahaha yeah sure and the DMV is putting free ice cream machines in all of their offices!

  • Sounds like a doctor's office in Canada.

  • I felt the same way when i was trying to get my license. They couldn't do this to people if their was a McDMV across the street. This is why the Post Office works better than other government services. the private sector is allowed to compete.

  • lee this might make you feel better- its a family guy clip of the dmv its underneath the suggestions ->

  • I went to the DMV a couple days ago and it only took about 6 minutes.

  • I will say, the government is generally worse than free market capitalists since they don't have to compete. That said, a few of their institutions are competitive. The DMV is not. . .

  • To quote Les Claypool and Primus "I've been to Hell I spell it, I spell it DMV. Anyone who's been there knows precisely what I mean. Stood in line for hours, fought back the urge to scream, and if I had my druthers, I'd screw a chimpanzee." (The song is DMV from the album Pork Soda)

  • Lee, you think that's bad? Here in New Mexico, one thing that makes a trip to the DMV a pain in the ass are all the illegal immigrants in there trying to get driver's licenses. New Mexico allows illegals to get DLs because Bill Richardson thinks it is "compassionate." (Same line of his reasoning when he abolished the death penalty.) Imagine what THAT is like.

  • Wow, sorry for your experience. The State I live in now have short lines. They try to get you in 15 minutes or less. Also, they let you review the info to make sure it is correct before printing you a temporary license (the actual one is mail to you within 3 weeks).

Someone should tell that DMV to advise people when their system are down to prevent your situation. You are correct about NHC (a bad law). Some will do okay (very small) while others will make it a nightmare (large amount).

  • @NadegeP1 btw, the 15 minutes or less works so much that I just renew my license for less than 10 minutes. Than again I live in a mostly conservative state.

  • Ugh... Fuck the DMV... great example of government efficiency!

  • lol... good stuff

  • Comment removed

  • wah wah

  • You moron. If you KNEW that there was no parking at the DMV that morning and you KNEW there was a two hour waiting line outside, why did you bother to stay? You could have just left and come back the next morning when there wasn't a long waiting line. Or if that's too inconvenient for you, you could have requested an updated license through your state's DMV website or by mail. Or you could have just gone to another DMV near you.

All I hear in this video is "WAAAH WAAAH!"

  • @vekka220 I seem to be hearing it more in your direction. If you dont like any of his videos dont fucking watch them

  • @vekka220 Lee lives in DC, which isn't a state. DC is beyond messed up.

  • @vekka220 well with DMV Health Care... if someone needs attention to there Health right away i don't see them going online for that and i don't see someone driving to different DMV Health Cares to find one that's not full...... i see what you are saying but your missing the point .........

  • A window into government run everything. Just imagine a four hour wait to get a plastic card being the story of your life--then tell me if actually working for a living is all that bad or not.

  • @greatwhitehunter111 Look at it this way, its takes 3 to 7 days for a private bank to mail you a atm card. It takes 2 weeks to a month for social security to mail you a replacement atm card for your retroactive fund.

FACT: After hurricane Katrina hit, it took 6 months for CSX to repari its rail bridges. This is a private company were talking about here. The government still cant even get its shit together and repair bridges on public highways.

So you see, government fails everytime.

  • ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE

    PROVES GOVERNMENT SUCKS

  • @SPQRomantic He provides plenty of other evidence in his other videos. This is more of a rant.

  • Government just doesn't care i guess

  • good point. now if you could only understand your own epiphany, you would see why there is absolutely no need for a government. not what we know and consider a government to be anyway.

  • You should do a video on the Us Mail.

  • Soon we will be asking Big Brother to feed us too. Who wants to starve?

  • you're so right. system was down? No excuse for that. I pay taxes and they're telling me they can't get quality computers?

  • I've thought about this before. Yes, bang on right.

  • Everyone hates the DMV. This has been an issue since FOREVER. Not Obama's fault, not anyone's fault, actually. The DMV is more like a hole in the fabric of all that is good and kind in the world, a diabolical rift in all that exists! My grandfather even acknowledges that!

  • i have an appointment for my licensce today at 11... prob wont get in till 3 bummer... good vid.

  • "Obama care" is government mandated PRIVATE health insurance. The key word is "PRIVATE", meaning there will be no PUBLIC health insurance. The same health insurance corporations that offer health insurance now will be the ones that offer it under "Obama care". Why is this so hard to understand?

  • @baraqiyal Since there is no option but the health insurance company to accept you, that limits there choice.

Its follow the law until you find a way to make it profitable, or just go ahead and shut your doors.

It doesn't matter if you signed a contract with an insurance company if the company goes out of business. Some say that is intentional because it "forces" the government to provie a public option for everyone. But you run into the same problem of medical being expensive.

  • @baraqiyal And what happens to the millions of uninsured people the Dems always tell us about who can't afford health insurance? Do you think they'll suddenly be able to afford it simply because the government steps in and says they HAVE to get it? Or would they accept whatever health care the government offers them for free? And when people realize that they CAN get free insurance, are they gonna stick with their current providers? What will happen to those providers if they lose customers?

  • Man, even in Canuckistan they have better DMVs. I spend fifteen minutes tops there. Poor Americans.

  • I feel your pain!! I spent five hours at the DMV two semester ago! There were two employees, you couldn't park in the lot- it was for city employees only, which left the metered parking.

The line was small, but we were just sitting around for hours! And at one point one of the workers has a friend with a baby come in....>_<

Also, it was sweltering outside, and because we were blocking the doors, they had a police officer tell us to form the line outside- but they didn't really make us.

  • We put up with it because we don't have any choice

  • I got a parking ticket, while I went in to renew my license at the DMV. I set the parking meter for 3 hrs--thinking that would be more than sufficient. But it took them 3 hrs and 5 minutes!! When I was returning to my car, I saw the officer placing the ticket under my car's windshield wiper. I asked him if he could revoke it, but he said he cannot do that once he completes the process.

  • by the balls!

  • @USAGymnast The longest I've ever had to wait in Missouri was about an hour. A couple of times I had no wait at all.

In So. Cal. 4 hours was common. Then in the 80's the DMV started allowing making appointments, then the wait was usually about an hour.

  • You've gotten a taste of our future. Forget healthcare, think bread lines, water lines, sanitation lines, etc... Better work to be self sustaining, like yesterday! Society is breaking down in small incriments. Well, gotta pick some tomatoes and feed the chickens, so Have Fun Ya'll

  • the dmv doesn't need us we need them -_-

  • @superpoopoop I waited for 6 hours a while back to get a new liscence. The new picture that they took was probably one of the best pictures of me because I was so happy to get to the front of the line. The DMV sucks. Also, for those of you that claim to have waited 15 minutes at the DMV to get anything done, you are in the vast minority.

  • @mbr05c

I once waited overnight for Pink Floyd concert tickets. That band sucks.

  • Okay, whatever DMW you went to sucks. And BTW, having no parking and showing up early? Of course you were going to wait, you showed up early and couldn't park...big frickin deal. You know, if the DMW was run by corporations wonder what rules they would decide not to follow? Oh maybe i guess they would "look over" that person w/o a birth certificate...ya'll want to protect against terrorists but what to private dmv..makes no sense.

  • Scumbag government workers

  • Lee, I'd love to hear your take on the mosque near ground zero. I just read and article on it and there seems to be more going on there than meets the eye.

  • The DMV: The Socialist Model at Work...and mail!

  • If the dems aren't kicked out in November, it won't be long until you have to go through this for a loaf of bread.

  • Wow... you must have had a completely healthy life because you constantly have to fight and wait for approval. This is comparing apples to oranges. We were rated 37th in healthcare in 2000 by The World Health Organization and now 46 million people don't have health insurance and 45,000 people die every year because of lack of coverage. I guarantee that fewer people die from the any country with government run healthcare than in ours

  • @jesseb137

lol its because you buy whatever info they feed you. whats our 37th HC rating based on hmm? probably how many people are covered rather than what kind of service is provided. The USA is at the front of developing and discovering new treatments, we pay so much for private insurance because we do all the research. Hell, we probably have 46 million illegal immigrants living here i'm sure they are counted and thrown into ur stats. Look how good the NHS is doing, rationing and broke...

  • That is why I like living in a small town. The DMV wait time is shorter. I grew up in the L.A. area and fully understand what Lee went through. Now I live in rural Missouri.

  • Bring a book. Your time's not that valuable.

Besides that, I'd rather be jerked around and inconvenienced due to incompetence rather than by intent.

  • You fought so hard to have low taxes. You got what you wanted, A hamster is running your DMV's computer system and the hamster passed out causing the system to shut down. Using your twisted logic I could just as easily say I went to McDonalds got my bag at the drive thru and left. When I got to my cubicle and checked the bag there were no nuggets. That is what will happen if the private sector runs health care, you pay and get no care.

  • @666brainiac Low taxes? These fuckers are being paid too much to be lazy and when they do work they do a bad job! Since THere is no choice and I am forced to rely on them there is no incentive for them to do a good job. That fat hamster you complain about is getting paid nearly 6 digits to do nothing. Thats what you get everytime the government is in control! If you like that though you can always move to Europe where they have double digit unemploymet and long lines for crappy healthcare.

  • @666brainiac Its too bad we dont have hamsters running a lot of other facets of our government. Government would be much more efficient by comparison to the morons that we pay 6 digits to work on.

  • I really wish that they would put the DMV in the privet sector's hands. I've had to go back to the DMV 4 times to try and get my plates transferred to a different car and every single time I apparently don't have one little thing signed or done just right and I have to keep contacting the guy I bought my car from to get him to do one more thing. It's so aggravating how hard it is to get to the point where I fork over my arm and leg in payment.

  • Comment removed

  • @avacoffeemug

If DMV was privately run, your inability to follow instructions will be taken advantage of.

(I wrote another comment, but it was rude, so I removed it.)

  • The purpose of the DMV is identical to the purpose of the TSA or HSA or any other government outfit: GOVERNMENT JOBS.

The political hustlers aren't dumb. They create voters whose livelihoods they control. It's the same basic idea of entitlement programs. They foster dependent voting blocks -- Identity Group politics. It works like clockwork right up until the moment of its inevitable collapse, which is the ultimate goal of several factions of those who advocate for such.

  • ha ha ha ha ha! Lee makes me laugh...

  • @Vid

Well, I spent half a day literally waiting at a urgent care center so I could get a physical, so I could renew my license. I have class A. And then oh, it took me 15 minutes at the DMV... to finally get my license.

  • @MRSketch09 Your poor planning is not the issue- if you had a primary care physician and an appointment you'd have been done a lot sooner.

  • @DeadeyeSteve

I can't help it because I have super awesome health and don't have to go into a doctor ever.

I went in as soon as the place opened so as to beat any other people. I did have a plan. It just didn't go off as smoothly as I thought it would.

  • Today is August 14, and THAT'S HOW THE DMV WORKS!

  • Geez, what state you in? VA charges extra if you go into the DMV when you can do things like COA, renewal, plates, etc online - and if you have to go in it will tell you what the wait time is going to be at what DMV, so you can pick the one with the shortest lines. Sucks to be in your state. Gotta love Commonwealth :)

  • And even after this, extremely STUPID leftards will STILL try to lie to your face by saying this government is any good at anything!

  • 4 hours? I hope you had a Game Boy with you.

  • I feel kind of bad "liking" this video. It's like laughing at your misery. Why were there so many people there so early? Did they think it was "free" cheese day or something?

  • No offense but the MVA is different then government health care. I agree the MVA completely sucks and having other facilities available to do simple tasks like you did would make things far more efficient. On the other hand, health care is different then the MVA, independent facilities are already setup that provide the service of medical care. Just ask the millions of people on Government Medicare if they need to wait in line. Don't get me wrong, I watch & like your videos but this is a reach.

  • You decide to live in this particular state, there are other states.

  • Government healthcare = EPIC FAIL

  • KATA: Government running almost anything = EPIC FAIL. It's high time our federal government got back to doing what it is allowed to do according to the enumerated powers in our Constitution.

  • Jesus Christ you went through all that just to change your address. Seriously it wouldn't been easier not to move.

  • But Lee, if we introduced capitalism into the DMV system and broke it's monopoly, you know that those greedy businessmen would exploit the common man. It's much more fair that everyone to be equally miserable.

    Right?

  • It's an absolute irritation, but sometimes it can't be helped. You're an intelligent guy, and it's actually amusing to see you disturbed enough to disrupt your normal routine over this. I understand where you're coming from, though. I used to repair and resell vehicles, so I know about wasted time in the DMV. As far as the government subsidized healthcare goes, the majority of the people in this country are never going to be happy with anything. It's quite sad, this land of gimme-gimme.

  • DMV HEALTH CARE.

I'm going to quote you on that one, genius.

  • In Saskatchewan, we have government insurance (monopoly) but it works fine. I've been renewing my license for 25 years and I've never a long wait in line, rates are lowest in the country, paid claims are fair and hassle free. I know when one of our neighbor provinces privatized their insurance, the rates went way up. 4 hour wait here would make headlines and someone would have to put out a public apology.

  • @OLTEK1 Then the taxpayer was subsidizing the original rates. Economically there's no reason a monopoly would provide you with superior service.

  • There is no marketing costs, resources are not duplicated and profits are given back to the people. How much would you pay for insurance on a 2006 impalla, $700 deductable with $200k liability? I think I paid $850 for the year.

  • @OLTEK1

yeah and there's a grand total of 20 million people in your country...

  • @captaindiesalot

Yes, and I think with a low number of people a monopoly can work well. Its when the numbers rise that corruption and bureaucracy kicks in and competition is better.

  • @OLTEK1

No, Monopolies Don't Fucking Work. And to debate this, to even think in these terms, unless you're talking about Armies, is pure stupidity. Canada used to not suck until the liberal idiots took over.

  • In TN, where I am from, a citizen can renew their license via the internet. Still a good show though.

  • @Reaganite2323 really i live in Tn and i didn't know that

  • no more comments on the obama facebook page....what a pussy

  • ya they got my date of birth wrong before... and acted like i may be in serious trouble for fraud... when course they messed up not me. Everyone at the DMV, seems to me they all hate their jobs and life :/ like they all zombies is sad.

  • And I got all the links below... actually there are no links below because I spent my entire day at the DMV.

  • Well, I don't think it would be good or smart to have the service that the DMV provides left up to private businesses. It actually deals with the law. But, yeah, don't let this happen with healthcare.

  • your quality of videos is that of real televison serioslly keep it up! have more crituqes

  • With my luck, I bet within one month of government takeover of health care, I will be dead!!! Logistically dead - you watch LOL.

"So you’re back hurts again and you need to see a GS12 section 5 health worker? One minute sir…… Sir my computer shows that you’re dead – NEXT!"

  • For some reason I thought you lived in VA. Disregard the first comment.

Still though, a few things: If the system was down, it means the initial crowd must then join the next crowd.

Second: Here in VA, I can call around to about 3 different DMVs, and check the wait time. This is usually the best thing to do. I've seen lines at one DMV, drove down the road, and seen no wait at another one.

Finally, a simple change of address and license renewal should all be available online.

  • Comment removed

  • Get the MSO(Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) for your car and you won't need a driver's license, registration, inspection or insurance. You just have to be prepared to explain to every moronic traffic cop that you are driving a car that is 100% your property, unlike cars that have state issued titles. Watch Michael Badnarik's Constitution Class on YouTube for a more detailed explaination.

  • @ryanswan0

That's pretty interesting. Thanks for the info.

  • thats odd hospitals in canada dont have that sort of problem and we have government controlled healthcare

  • DMV style healthcare. God, help us.

  • well said!

  • they spent a ton of money building a new fancy DMV near me. so now i get to sit on a nice tile floor instead of a boring plastic floor while waiting all day.

  • Time to clean up the DMV

  • Why? Because we have NO choice.

People whine about "Microsoft" or "Big Business" 'MONOPOLIES' but Adamantly contend the Government should be able to do the Exact Same thing... like They're going to run it BETTER than the people doing so for a PROFIT.

The Gov't will just keep Draining our funds to lull us into longer lines and continued, crappy service. Yay, 'progressivism'!

  • Imagine Healthcare with the efficiency of the DMV and the compassion of the IRS.

  • Is this typical of the average experience, or were there queues because on that day the computer systems were down.

  • That's funny. This is how I explain to people what government run health care is going to be like.

    DMV service for your health!

  • Yeah, 'cause I've never stood in line, waited on hold, or otherwise been inconvenienced/frustrated with customer service in the private sector (much less the health industry) before.

P.S.: Last time I went to the DMV (about a week ago) it took all of 15 minutes… which included parking AND waiting in line. Pro tip: call in advance; some DMVs even offer scheduled appointments.

  • @superpoopoop The difference between private sector "monopolies" and public sector monopolies is that you can still choose not to give your money to private sector "monopolies." If I choose to keep my money away from public sector monopolies, I am threatened with losing my life, liberty, and/or property. With a private sector "monopoly" I still have at least two choices (pay or not pay), but with a public sector monopoly, I pay them whether they provide a service to me or not. Simply tyranny.

  • @jnjnelson

Tyranny is not being able to buy a six-pack of beer on the Forth of July because it fell upon the Sabbath.

  • @superpoopoop

maybe you need to visit a DMV in a actually major city... lmao i live in a small city just north of Detroit and you can literally wait all day sitting in there. If i were in Detroit i might have to come back 3 times to get my business done before they close.. Not to mention when you go into the government run "places" no one seems to have a clue as to what they're doing. If you don't think so, try sitting in a court room for an hour, observe, if you're not convinced ur a moron.

  • @blurbum9

Atlanta Georgia doesn't count as a major city?

  • the doctors systems are gonna be down some times and you gonna have to wait

After You gonna have to wait in line for the hospital to open .....

    sorry mr

    its not how it works

    stop scaring peoples

and they shouldnt give you a licence

  • @ThatGuyWearsZebraz Shhhh.......

All he has is scare tactics and a thesis that the government is no good at anything and that private anything is always better then public anything. Never mind that DMV's are state not federal agencies and that Tea Partiers generally say that the states should be in charge of most government activities not the feds. The solution is that obviously the government should just stop regulating motor vehicles. Imagine how well that would work!

  • @cugamer ok let me put it to you like this, government state or federal working as the only game in town SUCKS BALLS,understand it now?

  • @SaintLiam78 Wow, what a truly well reasoned and articulate argument.

  • @cugamer well I think that sometimes you have to break it down for the mentally disabled members of the wonderful youtube community, you know the type so liberal and"open minded" that their brain has fallen out,and they dissmiss anything they dont agree with as "fear tactics"

  • @SaintLiam78 Another inspired comment full of constructive, verifiable facts and logical thinking. With such mature, consensus-building rhetoric, I just can't understand why people have such a negative view of the right in this country.

  • Sounds like San Diego. Denver was bad too. (Not this bad, though.) Now I live in a town of 200,000, and it's not so bad!

  • Sounds like just another perfect day.

tiz good to know you got it all sorted out in the end.

What are your views on the Oil spill and do you think enough is getting done ??

  • People might say that this is not how it is gonna be. You might be right thats it's not gonna be exactly the same way, but not far off!

I live in Norway, it's said that our shitty healthcare systems is one of the best. Last time I broke my foot I had to wait three and a half hours to get a x-ray. Then it was another one and a half hour to get some bandage on and stuff. This was after I had already been to the emergency room for someone too look at the foot.

This is pretty normal in Norway.

  • @Terje1337 How much did it cost you?

  • @ScottishAtheist One of the worlds most expensive taxes, several hours of possible work time

    210 kr for x ray

    225 kr for doctors consultation

And a little more for fixing it with som bandage and stuff.

  • Screw that. I would have just moved to the address they said I lived at...it would have been less trouble :P

  • Lee.

Not sure where you live down here, but

since Arlington, VA stopped giving drivers licences to the illegals, my wait at the DMV has been reduced from about 2 hours, to about 20 minutes.

    On the other hand,

it would have been nice if someone might have thought to post a "computer down" sign on the DMV front door, but I know that is asking too much, as it would have required some effort on their part.

  • Hey smart ass, their computers were down go another day. Common sense will tell you ( hey know one got serviced so likely this day or this week will be a little hectic I should go when it's a little more convenient). Lastly if Americans like u weren't so damn dumb we'd have universal health care a long time ago. It's likely hospitals will be a little crowded the first few months or the whole year with people getting the care they deserve. But if the US were more like France Sweden japan Can
