  • your battery is in wrong.

  • i think i have the exact same problem, if i want to fire, i hafe to pull the trigger EXTREMELY hard, full auto doesn't even work cuz i can't pull that hard with one finger. oh and the gun also fires on safe ;) i just got the gun today.. and it doesn't work PLZ HELP ME!!!

  • I'm about to buy one of these, yours still not working?

  • Trigger circuit at the top of the trigger is the issue. you have to split the body to get to the trigger as it is held with adhesive, not screws like most TM's. this means most likely damaging the body. Im gonna try using a hot air gun on a low setting to see if I can soften the adhesive a bit to spit the body and replace the trigger assembly. POOR DESIGN TM!

  • I have this problem. All of your internals are fine. The problem is with the trigger connection at the trigger circuit. Unfortunately the only way to repair this issue is to replace the trigger. The only way to get to the trigger is to split the body down the middle seam running lengthwise for front to back. This is an issue because the TM mp7 body is plastic and is held together with a very strong adhesive, not screws like other TM's and you have to crack the body to fix it. POOR DESIGN TM!

  • Sticker on the battery would suggest it is upside down, BUT the battery physically won't go in upside down so that is strange. Did you put a bulb or something to the battery to test it?

  • are there any differences between the Tokyo Marui MP7 A1 and the Well R4 MP 7 A1 ??? i cant see it... both 1345 g both no fullmetallbody... same battery ... pls help

  • the stock is better on the marui but i modded mine (I own the well version and love it) and i will teach u how if u want

  • Yeah I have this same problem with my H&K mp7, I dont know what to do either :(

  • i hav the same problem but i did not overcharge or destroy the contacts

  • i need gearbox mp7! you sale?

  • DID YOU JUST FART?

  • i belive the worst problem of the mp7 is the conneccion of the battery (direct) this mede my rof suck cose a part of the battery the metal part tht conect the bttery to the mp7 burnt

  • i had a similar problem with my g36. the fuse kept glowing when i used a 9.6 but didnt and the gun worked with an 8.4. i went to my local harwhare store, picked up the most identical fuse i could get and it worked like new. try a new fuse

  • u put the battery upside down it destroys the contacts, letters up dude!

  • buy a well r4 instead. theyre a exact copy of the TM mp7a1

  • NEVER.. Well "r4s" are Peices of shit. Even the new ones. Buy a maurie or a KWA GBB one.

  • I have a little problem with my MP7 TM when I fully charge it it still has a slow rate of fire.. do you think I need a new battery?

  • yea buy a new one you might have overcharged it by accident only charge that battery for 2 hours

  • thanks...

  • It's just wires, a switch for the tigger, and a fuze box. The motor is just two connection points, brush's, and it's internal wire wind.

    Problems that can happen.

    Burnt/bad switch

    Connector problems, as someone suggested.

    Bad fuze.

    Pinched/skinned wire short

French Fried Motor or worn out brushes.

Thankfully your motor works with it's wires just fine.

  • I agree JG's are well known for being broken more often than TM's

  • Jsrek4, where the hell do you get your info?

TMs are some of the best guns on the market.

Sure the Externals are made of plastic, But when it comes down to it, Marui's will run FOREVER. Jg's heh, Not so much. I've own a few jgs and they ended up crapping out just after 9 months with regular cleaning and up keep.

I've had a TM that has been running for a little longer than two years, And guess what? All stock, Gearbox never opened.

Go ahead and spend the extra 90-120 bucks on a TM.

  • lets see, my echo 1 g36c (same thing as jg) has been working for 2 years. I replaced the internals the second week i had it. i spent less than u did on your gun and mine still outpreforms yours. jgs are base guns- not ment to be kept in stock form.

  • send it to redwolf, customs will not confinscate it and if they do redwolf will send another

  • Had the same problem in mine, but mine's a Well. You'll need a flathead screwdriver and a flashlight. Look inside the battery compartment. You should see four metal battery connector things. Now look at your charger. You should see the same four connectors there. Now try and position the metal connectors like the charger, or you can randomly push the connectors in different positions (I had to push them so that they were all the way out).

  • dont send it to redwolf customs can confinscate your gun which means never give it back

  • buy a new fuse $1-4 or buy a new battery it looks like it has partially melted all-though i cant really tell. how long have you had it?

  • fyi maruis are good, expensive but break easily and jing gongs are good, cheap, exact copies of maruis and they don't break as easily.

  • Not in my opinion. This is just one time. Lots of my friends have Jing Gongs and many have them have broken already (Including gears, barrels, and 1 handle). And to be honest, my gun is the best out of all of theirs. And I have had my Tokyo Marui AK-47 for more than a year now with absolutely no problems.

  • hey ur probably right im just telling u what i was told

  • wht the fuck are you smoking jg break in a year or 2 and maruis keep it stocak lasts 10+ years

  • jgs now will last you just as long as tm. their g3 will never break it's so sturdy

  • ok do a test and let me know that, I know from first hand experience (acutaly more like 2nd hand)Jg will NEVER have the durablity of a stock tm(and/or quality control) (maby because tm usues a weaker spring. I'm not saying jgs are bad there good but I just perfer TM

  • i got mine first hand, i own a shop. the new jgs are insane, i've done a few tests with them. also taking them apart and looking at the internals they are just, awesome

  • @Jarek4 holyman your that guy that makes all those videos hahahaha

  • you're right, jgs are better. especially for externals

  • @sunabeepdeep JG are shit there china clones and no they are no exact i have had to put new parts in my jg and they didnt fit

  • send it to trinity or redwolf idk..... get a site to perform a repair service. that's what i would do first.

  • Same thing happened to me too man. I thought it might have been a bad battery so I threw it out and got a new one. Still doesn't work. I think that my connections, where the battery touches those copper wires. It's good to know someone else has this problem.

  • you can just get a new fuse btw from radio shack.. hmm your problem might be the fuse probibly because all the wires seem to be fine

  • fuses do shit. put a wire between the two connector. that is the only wire in the casing other than the gear box wires... oh and no, there really isn't a better way to get in there. I broke my gear box at one point so my MP7 got thrown away :(

  • try just moving around the wires and ur fuse should be replaced casue mines not yellowish

  • How long have you had yours?

Mine works just fine and it works perfect.

  • Damn...I have the Tokyo Marui M4A1 and the same thing happened to it. Everything works when its opened to test, but when its re-build it just wont fire. Frustrating as Hell !!!

  • It can it just feels REALLY funny going in.

  • Hey (this is not to make you sound dumb or aynthing) BUT did you makesure that the battery was the right way up. Because the little arrow on the battery has to be pointed up

  • Yes, It is definitely the right way up, in fact, I don't think that it can fit up-side down when you put on the front assembly.

  • the same exact thng happened to me with mine

  • Really? At least I'm not the only one =D.

  • how do you get the gearbox back in the mp7 though cuz I found out whats wrong with mine, the fuse blew. But I cant get the gearbox back in its impossible getting those wires back in too. Help anyone?

  • no diss: but do you know how to set up a airsoft gun?

  • I don't know what your asking...

  • plz make a disasemble video!

  • Theres not really anything to disassemble. Just take out the pins in the back, unhook the wires, and then you can slide the gearbox right out.

  • Battery needs a spacer behind it maybe.

  • try using a new battery wen ur guns put 2gether.. n see if it shoots.. if still doesn't theres copper wires where the batter touches.. those mite be bent or try a new fuse. they are cheap n can get them radio shack or anywhere.. where u from maybe i can help i worked at airsoft store for 7 yearz bro laterz

  • Have u tried opening the gun up and checking for any broken or melted wiring? If not, do so.

If you can't find a problem there, check the switch unit that should be somewhere on the gear box, if the switch is not moving properly, or something is broken, you should contact the retailer you bought it from.

  • Ya, I would get inside it but I don't think there is a way of how to. And what is a switch unit?
