  • Free Mumia.........from having to breathe every day.

  • Assuming Mumia is innocent why would the police be allowing for the real killer to go free?

  • after he MURDERED Faulkner in cold blood. mumia was heard yelling in the hosp that he wanted to go back and shoot the cop again. Several hosp workers testified to this. Black Panther racist hate monger KILLER. He is where he belongs.

  • @ECwashr You do realizes at this time many black panther leaders were also arrested for killing police and not one was convicted? And also that many police departments at this time were shooting and killing black panthers. David Faulkner was shot and Mumia was there but how could he kill him he was shot in the liver for god sakes.

  • The whole concept that the bullet was a .44 caliber it absolute bullshit. The only reason this has been brought to attention was because the coroner made a preliminary observation before autopsy that the bullet MAY have been a .44 caliber round. A .38 caliber SP bullet was removed from Faulkner's brain by the same coroner. Just more bullshit from this scumbag's crew.

  • @SkepticAll What about the fact that some of the witnesses for the prosecution were known crimminals and later came forward that the police had paid them off.

  • @FriedAbortions Fair question. We've had the same issues here with witnesses who have 'recanted' their testimony in a capital murder case involving the murder of a police officer, Mark McPhail. There are a number of reasons why this phenomenon is happening and the following examples are sheer speculation: witnesses paid off by offender's family - convinced to change story by advocacy groups, i.e., Amnesty Internation. Any number of reasons to sully what was a great investigation.

  • @cleancutt2001 Just go fuck ur big white mama in the ass! i'm goin to tell u smtg in french that ur lil brain won't understand n it's better for your tiny balls : va te faire foutre sale fils de pute de raciste a 2 balles, jte pisse a la raie, et jte brule les couilles enfant de pute de blanc esclavagiste!!! Ask someone if you want to understand lil shit !!!

  • Maybe you will all understand better when it happens to you, unless of course you believe everything your government tells you; in which case it wont be any kind of factor.

  • What pisses me off about this guy is that he's taking time, money and attention from those who actually ARE wrongfully convicted in this country (like the West Memphis Three). Mumia is a guilty as sin - go to danny faulkner *dot* com and read the transcripts and evidence yourself. I guess doing that is the lesser of his crimes, though .. my sympathy to Maureen Falulkner.

  • As a side note, this documentary makes NO mention whatsoever of Mumia's brother, William, who was right there and saw everything, yet has never said a word in his brother's defense to this date. If the documentary wanted to at least appear a little more unbiased, they could have at least acknowledged the brother somewhat.

  • @caj111 For some weird reason, even at the crime scene his brother said "I have nothing to do with this." I guess he REALLY,REEEEEEEEEEEEALLLLY meant it. I don't know, only he does

  • while would a educated man have the motive to kill the cop they framed him because he was trying to wake up all you fuckers who are oblivious to what our country actually does

  • @McChubbs87

How exactly would one consider Mumia Abu-Jamal "educated??"

  • Cook did not testify at his brother's trial; in 2001 he submitted an affidavit in which he blamed a dead man! Such nonsense is not admissible. Similarly, as Jamal did not testify at the trial, neither is anything he may now come out with.

  • I notice Weinglass chipped in that lie about the bullet; check out the Daniel Faulkner website transcripts for the truth about that.

The problem with the third man nonsense is that if there was indeed a third man, ie in William Cook's car, that would make Cook an accessory to murder.

  • Hang him !!! Fry him !!! Inject him !!! Put the firing squad on his dirty dredlock black ass !!!!!!!!

  • dude is innocent. hopefully all you haters out there dont end up in his position. then again, you may deserve it. mumia did not.

  • @Zurnmusic You're an idiot. The evidence overwhelming points to his guilt.

  • Seemingly intelligent people mistakenly refer to mumia as an intellectual. He may have a few IQ points more than the typical Neanderthal man that once roamed the earth and that could even be false praise for the so called man that mumia trys to project to be. He is a murderer and should have been executed years ago. Give a Policeman the honor of pulling the switch controlling the electric chair. Just desserts.

  • third man,,,,it was probably harry lime.

  • He blamed his brother for his own actions.

  • to mute da truth is the mission of the gov. u know dat much... Free Mumbia!!!!!!!

  • It makes no sense for Mumia Abu-Jamal to have committed murder. This was a man who already lived by the "pen is mightier than the sword." What advantage would there be for him to gain by killing a police officer? Furthermore, cases have been revisited for less. The poor handling of the crime scene, the refusal of the Justice system to revisit this issue or to consider other possibilities is suspect to say the very least and in my mind, gives creedance to Mumia's assertion of innocence.

  • does anyone know where you can watch this documentary?

    \

  • An obvious frame up.

    New trial badly needed.

  • why listen to these lies. we all want to know the truth right ? do a search using

daniel faulkner. go on to the site dedicated to daniel faulkner. Look at myths about mumia. Mumia is no here, hes just a murderer. This racial slant is just his cover up. while your at it read the transcripts. god bless us all !!

  • "a third man running from the scene" LOL....kinda like the grassy knoll, eh?

  • The medical examiner has in no way suggested it was a .44. It's a lie. Weinglass is using conjecture, nothing more. It was established time and again that it was the .38 right by Mumia when the police arrived on the scene. It just - it just keeps going on and on. But this too shall pass.

  • @RPowers45

Yeah weinglass is outright lying, the bullets removed from Faulkener were .38, more than that they were Federal hollow base , same brand as the empty cases in Mumia's gun. This is all bullshit and weinglass should be disbarred for his misrepresentations.

  • fuck the police

  • Abu-Jamal was found guilty in three different appeals, including one to the Supreme Court. He killed Dan Faulkner three blocks from my old apartment. You kill a cop, you go to jail, and you don't get out. End of story. At the scene of the crime, he said to investigators "I shot the motherfucker! Is he dead yet? Is he dead yet? I hope he dies!" He will rot in prison and then he will rot in hell! I hope he never gets the needle, but rather spends the rest of his life in a cage where he belongs!

  • Wesley Clark was given all of his rights under our constitution. He decided not to participate. His brother refused to clear his own brother's name. Wesley Clark's attorneys helped pick the jury that convicted him. The only crime here is the one of murder, how else did bullets from Wesley Clark's gun wind up in Officer Faulkner's back and head? If you want a hero, worship Mickey Mouse.

  • no mickey mouse is for your american satanic heroes, i want no part of disneyland, if a man is guilty of murder kill him on the spot then, and how many cops are guilty of murder and get away with murder, for how long? but the system protects them all the way into retirement.oh well...........to each his own,

  • We are not speaking of murders of any police officers here. We are speaking of a scum bag who murdered Danny Faulkner in cold blood. End of story. Time to fry.

  • ok so faulkner was no pig -fry that

  • ignorance is amazingly big, people who do not want to hear what a learned black man has to say go to any extreme to perpetuate their denial and affirm the power of a fascist police state, local and federal henchmen with homeland security at the podium of hate, where homeland security has been the issue of the red man for several hundred years in defense against the true barbarism of colonial masters and wicked terrorists guided by jewish money, vatican interests to further this here NWO scheme

  • @flyinghotwing Put your black nationalism bullshit back in your pocket. Mumia Abu-Jamal IS guilt of the murder of Faulkner and will one day receive his just punishment. Either on earth or elsewhere.

  • @SkepticAll receive just punishment? already receive just about enough and then some, take your switchblade out your pocket fool, i aint no black nationalist but then again it could be a good thing considering the integration deception is just a ruse to blind you into the new world order madness as they kill millions and you go on about your ignorant business, better said, like uncle george carlin would say, blow it out your ass

  • death penalty is a good thing if properly executed to get rid of pedophiles and other known atrocious human beings, but who is to say after the judicial system spits crap thru its system, its very difficult to believe that the philadelphia system is fair when the racism of cops and city govt. there has been so vehemently hateful of black folk, mumia is a clear minded individual that deserves to be heard not locked up, while many pigs in the system continue brutal treatment of some innocents

  • Even if Mumia really did kill that policeman, he shouldn't get the death penalty. While there should be a punishment for murder(e.g. life in prison), if it's wrong to kill, it's still wrong when the state does it. Who executes the executioner?

  • its so easy for a system that wants to tape his mouth shut to not look for or even accept a possibilty of a so called third shooter who ran according to witnesses, why not just erase that and put away a hostile enemy with sharp and critical words against the holy shitstem

  • I completely agree. The death penalty is the easy way out and it is immoral. It should most definitely be abolished and those on death row can rot in prison where they belong without seeing the light of day again.

  • I concur on this line of thought.

The death penalties rationale is that if you take an innocent life, you must forgo yours. So, if the courts send an innocent to die then everyone involved in that trial must die for sentencing an innocent to die.

That is the paradox of capital punishment.

I don't care how brutal a crime is, let them rot in jail forever but killing doesn't bring back the dead and what if you make a mistake?

David Milgaard can tell you about getting shafted.

  • Murder is wrong no matter what. But what gives the state the right to kill? If you kill Jamal the dead policeman won't magigal resurrect from the grave

In my oppinon its not an question about Jamals guilt but the question about the death sentence which is in Jarmals own words is a barbaric practice.

  • Mumia murdered Danny Faulkner. Got a fair trial. For 27 years the courts have all agreed. He is no hero, no saint, just eloquent, but a murderer still. Supreme Court just ruled, no new trial. The end is near. Time for his sentence to be carried out. Just a shame PA doesn't still use the electric chair.

  • just a shame that you believe the PA system or the judicial courts of a clearly racist government, the same apparatus as its federal counterpart that kills thousands knowingly, or do you also believe in your commissions that plead jet fuel brought down huge towers? its amazing how sheeple cling to authoritarian nutsacks when bootlickers will see in the end that they will screw you hard and not even use a drop of vaseline, and laugh at you while they attempt to claim your individuality -

  • Were you there for this piece of scum's trial? Wesley Cook refused to participate in his own defense. His brother refused to clear his name. He shot Office Faulkner in cold blood. It doesn't make any difference what you or anyone thinks of our judicial system, its the only one we have. How do you explain the fact that the bullets found in Officer Faulkner's back and head were from the gun found with Wesley Clark at the scene? He is a murderer.

  • Frame up.

  • FREE MUMIA...HE IS INNOCENT

  • LIBERTAD PARA MUMIA ABU JAMAL!!

  • FRY MUMIA
