I think this video is a story of a paranoid boy who thinks his parents want him to die because he's ruining their marriage. So he imagines in his twisted mind that his parents will murder him on his birthday. He then decides to kill them before they can kill him. Thats why at the end he's actually alone on his birthday. Thats what I think happened in the video.
