Look up MonkeyJam on Google. It's almost the same like iStopMotion but MonkeyJam is for PC =D

looks like you have the "home" version. I had the home version, until i switched to express. If you are really serious with stopmotion, i reccomend the express,lets you do chroma-keying

Everytime I upload a video from istopmotion on to Youtube, it acquires an orange coloring, any ideas on what I should do?

Hmmm.....sounds like it's YouTube's fault, but try opening the movie file with Quicktime and exporting it again (File > Export).
