It was repaired and still stands to this day. The towers were built with plane strike in mind and in the words of 1 of the architect/engineer who designed the towers "striking the towers with a plane is like pushing a pencil through a fly screen" i.e. it wouldn't collapse the whole structure

It DOESN'T take two weeks to do a controlled demolition in an emergency situation. If the building was irreparable and had lost all its value, then why would you let it burn and risk other buildings catching fire , why would you risk a more explosive outward-pouring collapse (like that of the towers) that could damage and set fire to even more buildings and cause risk of life?

@b0j43 You are overlooking one important point. For the towers to collapse, the steel does not need to reach its melting point (does not need to literally liquify). It only needs to reach a temperature sufficient to lessen its structural strength to the degree that it can no longer support the weight bearing down on it. The melting point itslef is between 2500 and 2700 F depending on the iron content. It does not need to reach melting point (liquify) before causing collapse.
@b0j43 The other point you need to know is that the buildings were not made entirely of steel, but of structural elements made of materials (such as concrete etc. including floor trussess and columns) that had lesser melting points. These can become chewing gum and cause sections of an entire floor to fall out and down onto the next floor (regardless of what happens to the metal) the force of the fall on the subsequent floor is far more than 6x the ordinary standing weight burden of steel.

I'm not an engineer - but a geologist with a bit of experience in the earthquake field. one thing that i can't get out of my head is the rapidness with which the towers collapse. depending who you listen to anywhere from 10-20 seconds. I think the obvious answer here is that when the twin towers fell down due to jets flying into them, flaming pieces of debris hit this other building, which was very close by, and set it on fire. The constant barrage of flying flaming debris eventually caused the entire structure to weaken and fall down. Also, the man talking about deciding to "pull" the building was referring to pulling all people out of the building in case it fell down, which it did. Good call. Just kidding. :)

WTC & showd signs of being unstable before it collapse. firefighters said that the side of the building was slumping out and it looked like the building was going to give in. during a controlled demolition, a building does not show a sign of it being unstable or weak. it could not have been a controlled demolition.

No one knows for sure, personally I think "they" had to wait to 5:15 PM in order to make it more credible that WTC7 was so damaged by the fire that it would collapse; remember no plane had hit this building. 1. Why install a sprinkler system if the structure can't handle it?
2. According to the picture here, the fire in building 7 is uneven, so even if it did cause structural failure it would be uneven and so if the building collapsed it wouldn't be a 'controlled' collapse as seen in the footage.
3. if the building was in danger collapsing from the fire, you wouldn't be sending men in there to place demolition charges. Whole thing doesn't make sense.
1. Sprinkler systems are meant to extinguish small fires like the ones seen above.

Fire would never bring down a building, because engineers build structures to hold 5 times of what they would normally hold. ex. an engineer builds a bridge, heaviest truck on the rd. is 4 tons, engineer builds bridge to hold 20 tons as fail-safe. Carbon based fires decrease steels ability by 70%.... at most!!! So do the math... 70% of 20 is, huh! 5!! Thats more than 4.
3. Research thermite and see that it can be mixed with almost anything even.... Paint!! Thermite or thermate can melt steel. So its really not that hard to secretly put demolition products in a building without the people knowing.... Hand a painter some new paint and tell him to get to work.
I agree with what you were saying, my comments about it not making sense were to do with the official explanations for the collapse.

How come there is not one video of the collapse from the leeward side. The fires look small because we're seeing the windward side where the oxygen rich air is entering the building to feed the fires.

@b0j43 You are overlooking one important point. For the towers to collapse, the steel does not need to reach its melting point (does not need to literally liquify). It only needs to reach a temperature sufficient to lessen its structural strength to the degree that it can no longer support the weight bearing down on it. The melting point itslef is between 2500 and 2700 F depending on the iron content. It does not need to reach melting point (liquify) before causing collapse.

@b0j43 The other point you need to know is that the buildings were not made entirely of steel, but of structural elements made of materials (such as concrete etc. including floor trussess and columns) that had lesser melting points. These can become chewing gum and cause sections of an entire floor to fall out and down onto the next floor (regardless of what happens to the metal) the force of the fall on the subsequent floor is far more than 6x the ordinary standing weight burden of steel.

Yes, it is "plausible" for "all" the laod bearing members to fail simultaneously. If you look at the construction method, and the fact taht all those members were adjacent to one another in the central portion. That is how the building was designed. Now add the fact that people were making phone calls out of the building right up until the impacts, and NO explosions were reported-recorded-etc. Get a life fools! This was the first & last building ever constructed using this exact methodology

Where it went was to a connecting member which was already under stress from both load and heat. After it received an additional load it could no longer carry the additional weight transferred to it by the first failed member, so it fails. This happens over and over in the structure until the whole fails. This is called progressive collapse!

I think the obvious answer here is that when the twin towers fell down due to jets flying into them, flaming pieces of debris hit this other building, which was very close by, and set it on fire. The constant barrage of flying flaming debris eventually caused the entire structure to weaken and fall down. Also, the man talking about deciding to "pull" the building was referring to pulling all people out of the building in case it fell down, which it did. Good call. Just kidding. :)

If they had explosives set up and ready, how come they waited for the buildings to collapse. It was terrorists. America wouldn't risk that type of staging to invade any country. heavy pieces of debris from tower 1 (north tower) did fall on WTC 7 when the tower collapsed.
WTC & showd signs of being unstable before it collapse. firefighters said that the side of the building was slumping out and it looked like the building was going to give in. during a controlled demolition, a building does not show a sign of it being unstable or weak. it could not have been a controlled demolition.

IVE seen full stories on this. The fire that RAGED inside that building was so HOT ,local firemen said them selves. they would not get near it, Its very clear because as most people DONT know,all the debri from building 7 was sifted. NO bomb wires or blasting caps either. You guys that think that it was demoed better see ALL the facts before commenting. The term pull is used in the demolition industry, as is there are cables attached to the building and they actually pull it over. What did Silverstien mean when he said "pull it" he meant pull out the contingent of firefighters in the building, which he has confirmed that's what he meant.

Well okay. People need to Stfu about this conspiracy BS.. Accept the fact that giant planes, full of fuel crashed into two giant buildings that collapsed and destroyed everything around them.
Sprinkler systems aren't always designed to extinguish fires, and fires can burn/melt/mutate steel to the point of failure, and if in key areas cause the building to collapse.
I really see no plausible evidence anywhere here that could suggest this being as planned as claimed.

Sprinkler systems are often used to only suppress the fire and prevent any form of fire spread to allow the fire department to extinguish the fire.
But with this conspiracy with the explosives. Someone had to plant them, someone had to know about the job, someone had to let these people get complete access to those area to plant the explosives, people can observe these people walking back and fourth between the streets and buildings.
That is a lot of people to kill or pay off

Listen to the sounds of the explosions, as well as the length of time it takes for them to finish. SOMEONE will notice that no matter how loud the scene was(not to mention echos form the surrounding buildings), and there is still a time lull before the building begins to collapse.

No one knows for sure, personally I think "they" had to wait to 5:15 PM in order to make it more credible that WTC7 was so damaged by the fire that it would collapse; remember no plane had hit this building. Do not forget that this was a controlled demolition, something Larry Silverstein would never acknowledge. They simply "needed" those hours to pass. Many people heard several explosions just before it collapsed - who placed the explosives there, and when?

Why would someone flying a large plane into a building additionally blow it up? And why did the alleged explosions happened in the area of the plane impact instead on the ground floor? Not saying I agree with everything here but;
1. Why install a sprinkler system if the structure can't handle it?
2. According to the picture here, the fire in building 7 is uneven, so even if it did cause structural failure it would be uneven and so if the building collapsed it wouldn't be a 'controlled' collapse as seen in the footage.
3. if the building was in danger collapsing from the fire, you wouldn't be sending men in there to place demolition charges. Whole thing doesn't make sense.

1. Sprinkler systems are meant to extinguish small fires like the ones seen above.
2. Fire would never bring down a building, because engineers build structures to hold 5 times of what they would normally hold. ex. an engineer builds a bridge, heaviest truck on the rd. is 4 tons, engineer builds bridge to hold 20 tons as fail-safe. Carbon based fires decrease steels ability by 70%.... at most!!! So do the math... 70% of 20 is, huh! 5!! Thats more than 4.

I think the whole thing if exposed could open up a whole can of worms that not just the politicians but general U.S. public don't really want to deal with. Maybe ignorance is bliss?
