  • @absolutblue Yes, it does go fast! I made this video when I didn't understand how it works. I need to make my new ones slower and without so much movement.

    everyone is different, so there's no such thing as one size fits all in diet or calorie intake.

  • Yes! You are absolutely right. Everyone is different and there is no such thing as one size fits all. I shared this video to encourage viewers to NOT restrict their caloric intake too low. Most people, but not everyone, needs more than 1200 calories even on a weight loss diet.

  • To know how many calories a day you need to maintain a certain weight, multiply the weight you need/want to be by 10. That's the secret. It works every time. If you go over, you will weight that. If you go under you will weigh that too. If I ate 1200 a day, I would weigh 120. within a few months. That's not good for my small frame. I eat about 1000 a day and weigh 100. That's the bottom line.

  • im only 5'1 and I need to lose 20 lbs. when i consume 1200 calories a day I dont lose any weight. It has to bea little lower than 1200 calories. Im moderately active - I walk around the neighborhood 2x a day + everyday normal activities household chores. I think every BODY is different. I wont lose any single pound on a 1200 calorie a day diet. For me i think to maintain my weight i only need to consume1200 calories

  • You could try eating a vegan diet consisting of 1200-1400 calories per day. Most people encounter fairly dramatic weight loss with that combination. Also, 1400 calories per day is the amount calorie restrictors consume, such as myself.

  • A raw vegan diet would be the healthiest possible choice, not going over 1500 calories per day.

  • If it's to fast for you to read it then all you have to do is hit "pause"
