It should be a horror movie rule that if you're suspecting people in your group as the killer, it's the nice guy who is unreasonable reasonable and taking charge by giving ideas. The killer is enjoying leading everyone to their deaths

The characters are so different in the movie. The book was way better than the movie. I is the judge. He made this good scheme. The manuscript in the back of the book explains everything.

it was the judge because he and the doctor had a plan to try and find the murder when in fact he was the murdered. The doctor was to pretend that he was dead and go hide on the island. But he is going to be the only one alive at the end and he is going to commit suicide and thats how every one dies. He is going to lay on the bed shoot himself in the head and have to gun on rope so when he kill himself it is going to fling into the hall. The judge kills every one.
