haha this is kind of wierd but because most of the girls in my grade wears so much makeup, the guys are all dying to find ones that are natural so i don't know, it's kind of sad that so many girls are influenced by the celebrites and stuff like that. i prefer to wear no makeup, since they just make me look fake and sort of alien looking..

@LizziesAnswers hey lizzie i want to say that if girls grow out their eyebrows then they wont need to put make up because eyebrows will balance and frame the whole face and thats why most guys look ok with no make up because their eyebrows are thick, so girls should stop plucking because that makes the eyes unbalanced and all models do this because they realize that it looks better than plucking. u can clean ur eyebrows but don't make the eyebrows thin because then u would need make up u know?

@stormingglitter PARENTS. God commands us to obey them and to honor them. In the past I have FAILED at doing that. Lately tho, I've been striving to obey & respect them. The first thing you should do is write them a letter & tell them how you feel. Start off by saying that you love them and that you want to obey them & that you want them to forgive you for messing up. Tell them you're NOT perfect, and never will be, but ARE making an effort to live for God.

Sure, I look awesome on a camera that's whiteballanced to make me look tanner and lights set up to make my skin look glowy. I love this video. It shows everyone that watches it, even me, that no matter what you are completely beautiful being who you are. @Nottalle13 you'll only deserve to be w/ a bf, is if you can grow & become comfortable & happy w/ being single. Love should be natural. You should be in love with someone, not the idea of someone. i am right next to you, w/ feeling way too many insecurities, like you, everyone tells me im gorgeous and talented and such. The only way you can stop pointing the finger at yourself is by helping other people and turning the focus onto them i.e. volunteering or turning your focus onto God.

@stormingglitter PARENTS. God commands us to obey them and to honor them. In the past I have FAILED at doing that. Lately tho, I've been striving to obey & respect them. The first thing you should do is write them a letter & tell them how you feel. Start off by saying that you love them and that you want to obey them & that you want them to forgive you for messing up. Tell them you're NOT perfect, and never will be, but ARE making an effort to live for God.

dear lizzie i like this girl and she thinks she is ugly, a weirdo, and very stupid. @maddyrosedibattista I'm also really insecure about my weight, my hair, and my face. Yeahh, when I'm out and about, I'm confident but I have had SOOO many "you're super ugly" emotional breakdowns. I still don't have the whole self acceptance thing figured out. I've found the key to it, but it's really difficult to turn the key in the lock.

@uselessfunbyCandA If you saw me in REAL LIFE without any makeup on, you'd have a whole different opinion. Sure, I look awesome on a camera that's whiteballanced to make me look tanner and lights set up to make my skin look glowy. But my eyebrows are faded, they're not even eyebrows without filling them in w/ makeup. My face is COVERED in black heads (well, my nose and my cheeks) and my eye lids are different sizes. Nevertheless, God thinks I am beautiful without makeup on so I do too.

There are guys who say straight up" you look like a guy"..or "Reyna is a monkey"..or start mooing at me like i am a cow because to them i am *fat*.It brings me to tears almost every night because of this..I was even considering transferring schools because i cant take it anymore..I hate to leave my friends and teachers but i can take it any more..i havent told my parents but i just want it to STOP!!!It is so sad because i cannot write this without crying..

I agree! you don't have to wear makeup! People say that makeup can boot your confidence, because it can. but that doesn't mean you need POUNDS of it. Maybe throw on some clear mascara and that's for just a little confidence boost! you dont need anything else! infact you don't even need that.

I love this video. It shows everyone that watches it, even me, that no matter what you are completely beautiful being who you are. They should show this video at schools and stuff because a lot of the girls at my school really overload the makeup and where short shorts and low tops and it's just annoying. Like, why do you need to wear all that? It's not like it makes you any better than anyone else at school.

I've never wore makeup in my whole life, and I am a girl. Fits me fine enough, what I do wonder is why DO girls wear make up, can't people just settle for natural beauty? You are what you are, nothing can change that, make up is only dust and powder, a mask, so why wear a mask at all?

Inspirational... But I can't do it no make up make up doesn't cover all the ugly, no makeup- I would have an anziety attact. Bad enough as is. Sorry to go against everything you said but my opinion is makeup (in somecases) are to hide your shame (sorry I may make you sad sorry but it's what I belived scince I was very young) strong point for other girls though

You should be in love with someone, not the idea of someone. i am right next to you, w/ feeling way too many insecurities, like you, everyone tells me im gorgeous and talented and such. The only way you can stop pointing the finger at yourself is by helping other people and turning the focus onto them i.e. volunteering or turning your focus onto God.
