@appel1800 i had the same problem, and after trying so hard i discovered the the .nds files are corrupted.. i tried another one and it worked perfectly, but when i connected the DSi to the internet i updated it from v1 ( i think ) to v1.4.1U and it shows an error and won't start " An error occurred. press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off. please refer to thr Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for Details." WTH is wrong with it ???

well actually the real r4i/r4 company was shut down by Nintendo and other guy made fakes and some acually worked but i dont know that much if it works that good

Kinda. They are made in US not Russia , They perform better.First R4 to be called Gold but yes they are fake.All R4i's are fake.Only real comp. shut down because so many people make fake ones.Nintendeo did not shut them down

hi..just bought a dsi and ordered the r4i gold. the old r4 card worked fine with my ds lite but i got the danny phantom with the r4i and it gets stuck on the loading. i've tried to download firmware from every site possible. doesn't work..can u help me plzzzzz????

@kyky1004 i hate to break this to you, but the chances are you have bought a fake r4 card. If your problem isnt already solved, the backing on the chip-part-thingy has to be red to be legit. If its green, then its fake. the loading screen is just a tease, because even if you remove the micro sd from the flash card it will still bring up the loading screen.

ok, i got my R4i Gold with the Danny Phantom icon thingy, and when I start the game, it freezes at the loading screen, i got the 1.4E DSi version. can someone please explain me how to make it work?

hey ur r4i gold disguise is star wars which works with dsi no matter what.. i ordered my dsi and let them download all the kernels and shit it its the danny phantom disguise soo im not sure the danny phantom one will work with dsi soo if u tell me if it works or not i might delete my r4 firmware and download the latest one which is star wars but i dont know wher to download and stuff because i paid them to download it for me... please help im soo confused..

I think the Danny phantom one is the new because I ordered my brother one for christmas and thats the way it showed up on his dsi Its works either way because that same day I downloaded everything myself even roms and tested it on his dsi.

it's not hacked, it only shows itself to the DSi as a legal game. Nintendo can't do something like 1.4 again! I think 1.4 blocked the ID of R4i, if the ID of R4i Gold is the same as Star Wars, they can't just block it, otherwise the legal game will not work anymore. :)
