How do you know it's fuel injected? And also it was probably hot, seeing as how it was not in its normal parking spot. Hot fuel injected engines can be a pain.
To start a Cessna (fuel injected), the throttle is set at 3mm, fuel boost pump on (Calnickel is right), and mixture full rich for about 3-5 sec (Priming) This sometimes doesnt work...plane engines can be quite tricky to start at times. On this occasion - dead battery. Ive had a dead battery before - had to change planes!!
Fuel injected aircraft don't have primers. He was running the boost pump to get more fuel to the engine before he jumped it. Obviously it wasn't lack of fuel.
1:15 SOUNDS CESSNA 182 on plane
