Dumb video.  I guess since the maker of the video aka bacteria maker did not know the type of bacteria, he thinks he has stumbled on a scientific discovery.

First of all, how can I make a scientific discovery when I used homemade agar? Do u know microbiology? Do u know selective and general medium?
