how do you get the quality so good?

change the camera settings to high!

go to "options" when you're playing the Sims 2, and click on Camera, and then set it to high.

Caution if you have a slow computer. I took a few short videos on high camera setting on my old computer. It ruined the Sims for me forever. It was so painfully slow after taking the videos, even after deleting them, that it wasn't even worth playing...

I recently got a new computer, so I've been able to play the sims for the first time in a long time. D:

Change the video camera size to medium too.

And put your camera settings like this:

snapshot size = medium

snapshot pic. quality = high

video capture size = large

video capture quality = high

video sound capture = disabled

That should make it come out like this :)
