you can get this baby as a goblin engineer at 350 skill level, as of soem patches ago, the casting time has been lowered to 3 seconds, instead of 6, and the cooldown is lowered to 2 minutes instead of 5, also, when u equip the rocket trinket, u will get +45 stamina=450 hp
