Sorry but you are are beating a 90 year old dead horse. There is a big difference between SHIAI (test together) and RANDORI (free practice). In shiai you are supposed to do your techniques with a full fighting spirit in orde to test your judo against each another and as such complies with Jita Kyoei, because TOGETHER we are testing our judo, its dangerous, yes but we practice breakfalls and its completely voluntary, you dont need to enter SHIAI to advance ranks.
Randori is not a test, its a live practice you try new stuff and your goal isnt to win, shiai is a test of 2 judokas who have agreed to fight with full spirit and clean to see where your judo stands.
That's why armlocks are done with the intent to break an arm, chokes wth the intent of render unconsciouss and throws are done with force, control and speed.
If you think shiai is not judo, go ask any rokudan and up or better read The Canon of Judo by Kyuzo Mifune

I agree with the belly to back suplex into a chokeslam hybrid. Not really a pumphandle..if he would have just fell back, it would have been a damn near textbook belly to back suplex.
Hansokumake for throwing a Ushiro Goshi? Where I come from we call that Ippon. This is Shiai not randori, "slamming him" in a throw desinged to "slam" is legal. Next time white won't try to throw a crappy Harai Makikomi on someone much bigger than him.
and that throw is not banned under IJF rules last time I checked. so if he did get an honsoku make after the video got cut then the people running this shiai weren't on the ball.
Its not the most common throw but if I can get it I'll use it
its a legal judo throw taught in our system at the 2nd brown level ura nage (inside out throw). its perfectly legal and the only difference in our version is that we fall with them and land with our body weight on their chest.
I have used this throw before in interclub pratices and get praised. it is an extremly effective throw and if you note he got an ippon for that.
