Discharged debt through the Treasury Department. Basically, A4V is used like a bankruptcy, except instead of not paying your bills you pay/discharge through your account. Damn...I wish there were just exact instructions on what to do for every situation. Ive just had to pay off 2x UK Notices of Prosecution letters for 2 minor traffic offences that cost me £60 each and they were just mistakes that the UK Police have exploited by having camera's there when I made these mistakes and used it as an excuse to threaten me with court unless I payed there ransom and took points on my Licence. Concerning the process of becoming a sovereign, 1st things are 1st as always. Read and study the material that's available such as a book titled, "The Redemption Manual" it's over 600 pages long, yet it covers a vast amount of areas backed by statues and codes that you can refrence to the subject section in which your reading / studying. To become a SPC (Secured Party Creditor) you need to fill out a UCC-1 Financial Statement w/ the secretary of State. That's the 1st thing.
@bwyche44 After you have filed your UCC-1 w/ the Secretary of State go ahead and start getting your agreements prepared. These agreements are: Common Law Copyright - Security Agreement - Hold Harmless Agreement - Power of Attorney in Fact. Once you have these prepared, get them notorized, then take them to the County Clerks Office and have them recorded. There will be a fee to have these documents recorded as there will be a fee for a notary.
@bwyche44 While waiting for UCC-1 to be returned to you by way of the Secretary of State with your UCC filing # you can be preparing your next set of documents that you will be sending to Washington D.C. to the US Treasury Dept. in setting up your direct account to your B/C Bond. These documents are: 1040 ES Form - Chargeback cover letter - copy of your UCC-1 - Birth Certificate Bond that you will create & a State Certified Copy of your birth certificate (long form preferably).
@bwyche44 On the backside of your state certified copy of your birth certificate your going to need to either write an A4V in a red felt tip pen at a 45 deg. angle or purchase a A4V stamp in red ink. Do this before submitting this document to the US Treasury Dept in Washington D.C. Blue ink is for contracts, red ink is for affidavits and black ink is for everything else.

I turned it into a money order and the CFO called me and did not know what to do with it. They can not process this, how could they? The A4V needs to go to the IRS along with the proper tax forms. Which IRS do you send this to? on the 1099A who is the lender who is the borrower. When I downloaded a PDF form there is a red section that goes to the IRS and then there is a section in black that goes to the borrower. My dear... How can I use this to my advantage concerning a bogus parking ticket? A4V process was prompted to my attention in my response to Max goes to traffic court on a you tube video. While parked outside of a San Bernardino, Ca civil courthouse, I was given a ticket because unbeknownst at the time, the front lic plate was missing. You people might want to actually read HJR 192. It has absolutely nothing to do with discharging debts "dollar for dollar" with an A4V. Discharged debt through the Treasury Department. Basically, A4V is used like a bankruptcy, except instead of not paying your bills you pay/discharge through your account. Be careful and don't spend a lot of money buying information. Look at it this way, if you found billions would you tell the world...no.

Ive just had to pay off 2x UK Notices of Prosecution letters for 2 minor traffic offences that cost me £60 each and they were just mistakes that the UK Police have exploited by having camera's there when I made these mistakes and used it as an excuse to threaten me with court unless I payed there ransom and took points on my Licence. This stuff works, but you have to devote 5 to 6 months to study it.
Essentially there is Public Credit and Private Credit.
Your Bcertif, is you promising to lend your private Credit to the U.S. Corp.
You can flip the BC and make the U.S. liable to you, then your private exemption account is up, you can write off debt against it so long as you keep everything balanced (w/e you write off counts as income in a sense).
There are ways to "set-off" Tax Debt also but its scary.

I'm sorry everyone. I know that you want relief and freedom. Take it from someone who has been doing this for over 10 years. It doesn't work. The best remedy that I found that works for me ( note, that I did say foe me) is to make money, take your legal tax deductions and you come out WAY ahead. When I started the process I had a business that went under but I owed $30,000 in taxes. I tried these methods paying more than $15,000 to get my paperwork straight.

Concerning the process of becoming a sovereign, 1st things are 1st as always. Read and study the material that's available such as a book titled, "The Redemption Manual" it's over 600 pages long, yet it covers a vast amount of areas backed by statues and codes that you can refrence to the subject section in which your reading / studying. To become a SPC (Secured Party Creditor) you need to fill out a UCC-1 Financial Statement w/ the secretary of State. That's the 1st thing.

@bwyche44 After you have filed your UCC-1 w/ the Secretary of State go ahead and start getting your agreements prepared. These agreements are: Common Law Copyright - Security Agreement - Hold Harmless Agreement - Power of Attorney in Fact. Once you have these prepared, get them notorized, then take them to the County Clerks Office and have them recorded. There will be a fee to have these documents recorded as there will be a fee for a notary.

@bwyche44 While waiting for UCC-1 to be returned to you by way of the Secretary of State with your UCC filing # you can be preparing your next set of documents that you will be sending to Washington D.C. to the US Treasury Dept. in setting up your direct account to your B/C Bond. These documents are: 1040 ES Form - Chargeback cover letter - copy of your UCC-1 - Birth Certificate Bond that you will create & a State Certified Copy of your birth certificate (long form preferably).

Do this before submitting this document to the US Treasury Dept in Washington D.C. In all 4 of my responses that i have written here, this is not legal advice in any way nor should it be understood as such. Blue ink is for contracts, red ink is for affidavits and black ink is for everything else.

I have tried this and the companies call me and ask me "what the hell does this mean?" They can't process this because it doesn't work with their shit. I turned it into a money order and the CFO called me and did not know what to do with it. They can not process this, how could they? The A4V needs to go to the IRS along with the proper tax forms. The IRS would know what to do like you said. There is no money in these accounts, the accounts are kept in "balance". 0 bal. file correctly.

I am reading a book called The Redemption Manual 4th Edition. It explains everything you need to know; true U.S. history, bankers, UCC Law, A4V etc.. Its over 600 pages. she is explaining how it works correctly but the way they explains the format is incorrect. anyone following these instructions will have made 2 mistakes and therefor have it work incorrectly. go do your own research before you try this. I think sending all that stuff to IRS is a waste of time. The voucher always has "amount," and never "value," therfore the default value is zero. Accepted for value, returned for value. thank you very much.

Which IRS do you send this to? on the 1099A who is the lender who is the borrower. When I downloaded a PDF form there is a red section that goes to the IRS and then there is a section in black that goes to the borrower. My husband and I have already filed our UCC and our birth certificate bond. I'm waiting for my approval to Sovereign Warriors as well. : )

the 1040 voucher actually goes to the creditors. The irs should only recieve the 1040 long form.

borrowing and not paying back is in direct conflict with natural law which states there is no such thing as a free lunch. nothing is free in nature. you have to work for it. this a4v is meant to be used once and only once for a debt you got fooled and tricked into. a4v is not to be abused because people have to make up for you getting things for free and you would be no better than the jews who created this whole usary system to exploit and decieve stupider people.

i got 3,000 dollars in credit card debt. I did not know any better at the time that credit IS debt. I will never borrow ever again for the rest of my life because it creates a burden on others who have to pay with their time and energy for my irresponsibility of buying things i did not work for. i want to do this a4v for this cc one time only and never borrow again. it takes natural resources, human labor, time, and someone elses energy to create the things i bought for free.

i feel they are intimidated IRS hence the 5k fine . literally if you know the law you don't owe the IRS anything. so they are making a false claim.

I tried A4V and got a letter from the IRS saying they are fining people five thousand dollars for doing this... pls get back to me on this. I have had no luck doing it. I did all my bills to the Utah address!

My dear... How can I use this to my advantage concerning a bogus parking ticket? A4V process was prompted to my attention in my response to Max goes to traffic court on a you tube video. While parked outside of a San Bernardino, Ca civil courthouse, I was given a ticket because unbeknownst at the time, the front lic plate was missing. Replacing it is not a problem, and I had not harmed anyone. The city issues these tickets for their monetary gain. Your response is most appreciated, thanks Jim

@hpmracer a4v the ticket to your state treasurer along with a cover letter and their copies, as the debtor, of IRS forms 1099a, 1099c then mail the originals to irs following the IRS instructions for the 1099 forms...

Well I do have to say that its not bull at all.Me and a close friend tried this and it does work.He did it on a utility bill and it was paid off.They were a lil pissy about it but they knew what exactly it was we were doing and that it was perfectly legal.How ever we had not tried sending anything to the IRS yet for and actual cash value at all.But the dept was paid off in full.
