lol its not a glitch.... to get to the docks you need to load the cell that the docks is in, jumping over the wall wont load the cell... you are getting exited about a unused part of the cell lol

You guys so dumb, you think that everything at the dock is outside anvil when you go over the wall, no, the stuff at the dock is in a different cell, so when you go through a door you teleport to a different cell but since you didn't go throungh the door you weren't in the other cell.

Its not really a glitch, Oblivion is split up into seprate areas (when ever you hae to load) this way intstead of rendering the whole world you can save resources and make a much more detailed city environment. The outside world is like that because the developers didn't intend for you to be able to do that.

There is no crazy water walking thing, the Cities and Cyrodill are in seperate places, the long-distance mesh is visible as tamriel has been set as the parent worldspace, which is why the ground is invisible.

It's not a glitch. When you're in a city, you're inside a different worldspace than when you are outside. And you're not supposed to be able to jump over the walls in the cities, so when you do, all you do is walk around in a low-detailed, 3d skybox, that mimics the area around the city.

Still kinda fun though

I know why it doesn't work. And it IS a glitch because the game producers don't expect you to go over that wall because then the map isn't loaded. trust me, i know.

acually i redid it, but its differnt. all u c is grass in spots, otherwise, u really r walkin on nothing! i went to valenwood(anvil), morrowind(cheydinhal,u need 8 skooma to get onto one of the roofs, use steps), groundless skyrim(scary, long walk from arcane university),black marsh(leyawinn,also 8 skooma), and elswyr(bravil). dont go north,as mountain terrain is reeeeealy pissy. next, u need to travel aaaaaaall around the cyrodiil border off of the map edge!!!! did that almost by accident! lol!

That Happend to me it was fun i was walking on grass above the ground, i know how you can make this happen on the groung! go into the mountains. get er hourse set so its on the hill and if u get of then get on and your guy wont get on the first time try to travel somewere then it may boost you up above te worls! not positive if itworks so if it doesnt work for u im so sorry

lol to be honest with you.. I dont remember my level right now. My xbox brokee and I havent played Oblivion in a while. I do know, however, that my khajiit is like level 45 or something like that. Her name is Swiftpaw and her main weapon is a sword, although I had been training her in magic and archery before my xbox broke. She's an Arch-Mage, and pretty high up in the Fighter's Guild. Lol, she's an assassin and murderer too. A little bit of everything! XD

So basically every city you enter is in a new world just like the Oblivion planes, so when you go over the wall you get into some sort of model that looks a bit like the world outside byt has no real detail etc ;)

yeah i guess so. But basicly they try to put an invisible barrier on the wall so u cant go past it. so it does kinda go off as a glitch when you think about it- especially when you can go off the map and fall into nothingness!
