You have to played at normal mode dude,in Easy mode they don't show you to fight with the knight but i gonna tell you the knight it very hard to fight(Only Shotgun and Broken Butterfly can beat him easy)!!!
Also,if you beat Normal Mode you will unlock Proffessional Mode...That is also hard but you will DIED alot man...All the village in this mode will run not walk!!!
