DePalma's filth is what inspired the terrorist who murdered the two airmen in Germany in March. War is awful and ugly - any service member would agree with that for certain. Unfortunately, sometimes, as is in this case, war is necessary. De Palma, in his infinite ignorance fails to recognize that and in his misguided arrogance demonizes the very people who provide him the security to walk the street without fear of being blown to bits.
