  • u gotta maintain ur flexibility by stretching on a daily basis

  • months ago i wanted to be flexible too, so i was starting with stretching my legs every day, and i noticed that i could do more and more each week.

I can do the right split now, and my right leg in the air. I did exacly what she did on the video: Ballet Lessons : How to Stretch for Leg Splits

It really works if u stretch every day!! :D

  • @NerdyTaco i know im not the person in the vid but it took me about 3/4 months to be able to do them with no pain but stretching consistently really does work, i watched fit for a feast they are young but very good and their advice really helped me train to become more flexible so try watching their vids and hopefully everything will be good in the next 3/4 months (bare in mind some people are naturally flexible so not everyone can complete the same things in a set amount of time) hope this help
