Such a beautiful girl,so the amount of makeup she is wearing in this video is unnecessary,imo,and looks very unnatural.Is she really blond or brunette? Although I very much prefer girls with brown hair generally,I think blond hair suits her better.She is also trying too hard to create a good impression,which does not look genuine to me.If you see her in the promotional video for Through your Window she looks much more confident and relaxed.It was a better song though,so maybe that made it easier
