Are the SFX in Legend of Starfy better than these, 'cause I hate everything I've heard up until that last track.

I don't see anything wrong with the SFX but I guess the Legendary Starfy has better SFX sense it's got better quality sound. As for music, you haven't really heard much, just boss music really. I personally like the boss music a lot. The Legendary Starfy just so happens to be the only game in the series with different boss music, so you might like that one better.

Sound quality overall is kinda meh, but I was talking more about the feel of the music. It's sort of all over the place & you don't get a general "This is Stafy" vibe from the music.

This isn't the boss music, this is the final boss music of the second game(the first fight uses the final boss music of the first game, this rematch uses the final boss music of the second game)
