Be careful about using a low bong sau during the double gaan sau movement - using a bong sau leaves the structure weak as the elbow joint can be engaged from the side, thus collapsing under pressure, it looks like you only do this with your left arm.
@mrjack001 Not really sure what particular part you are referring to....the only low bong is on the quan sau movement and of course in section 2 and 7.....perhaps its the way my wrist looks but its definitely garn sau cutting back,
