MAC Chromacake Review and Wicked Witch Halloween Look

How did you get it to come out so light, whenever I use the landscape green it comes out a dark green close to the color of the product fresh out of the container before water is added

If you put on powder first(like a foundation) will the mac thingy go on easy? What is it's consistency? I really dislike grease paint.

Do most MAC stores carry it? (i live in hawaii.)

I didn't use powder prior to applying this. It's light now greasy like a powder type feel once its on. You can get these only at mac pro stores

Try using a silver eye pounder around the eyes, as eyeshadow, the one from Benefit is good. Also, try using lipgloss instead of the red lipstick as it looks better with the green. Finally, the trick to getting the green off is using Neutrogena's transparent faciel bar and it comes off real easy!!!!

I would suggest to get a Mehron green... its great and much cheaper!

I just got back into practicing for halloween and its getting better almost ur shade of green you used. Um i have a question do you know a good place to get Bisque makeup for like contouring? I love the name "hellbent" for a lipstick.

yes it does come off!! lol but takes awhile especially if you go to the extreme with your ears and neck but maybe makeup remover should work it took me awhile to get off my face. But what did you do to make it as light as they use in the show? I recommend golden olive pigment on the face too thats what they use and it is funny because im just a teenage dude who is a "Wicked" and witch finatic so yea and halloween is my favorite time so thanks for posting this it will help me out alittle. =)

I used mac wipes and it did take awhile for it to come off but it turned out great. It actually came out light I tried to build with it but this was the shade I could get.

yup =) thats the color im tring to get and i got a similiar brush from a craft store and i put it on my hands and it was light so im more happier now.

Hey, I bought some Kryolan Aquacolors and they work the same way as the MAC Cake. I like the Kryolan better tho.

Super great!!! i say add nothing more leave it as is. Hey you could always do a mask for a masquerade party later on people are always throwing those lol. you could even use a tiny bit as a base for green eyeshadows. you did pay 22 bucks after all make it last =)

Thankfully it was really easy to remove! (I was worried for a minute) I saw an interview with Idina and she talked about using MAC Chromacake for the play and I had to try it out.
