I dunno about maternity leave. i think it an excuse to discriminate against women of a certain age looking for work. We have to choose in this life, are we going to have children or are we going to work. We should have enough money to be able to pay a baby sitter, or have a full time dad or be the full time mum. Why should we expect to have everything, looking after kids and being paid in a job that we don't attend for months. When there are so many people looking for work it seems unreasonable.
