What kind of energy source do you think we should use ? Coal ? Atomic ?

@BHA5143 Um try diesel, with the same amount of money you will have a hell of a lot more torque, its more fuel efficient and runs on damn near anything. That and it will last longer so theres no down fall. Gasoline is just an over priced way to travel.

Its doesn't matter to me that you would lose a race against my big slow truck, or hell how about I match you car for car than? a 1982 Mercedes with a twin turbo 6BT should make quick work of any ford product you bring my way.

@adamslurch71 diesel is slow combustion... creating an intense pressure in the cylinder causing strong torque. gas is quick, kind of like hitting a nail on the head it has an explosive reaction. sports engines need quick responding fuel to reach high rpms very quickly. diesel, though it may put out more torque, its not as quick responding. get yo facts straight.

@TheGaucho2 Octane in gasoline is made to slow the combustion rate down. This keeps the shock wave from going super sonic. A fast, quick explosion is NOT what you want in gasoline.

@halohadel it may slow it down but its still much quicker than diesel. diesel doesnt raise the rpms as fast as gas will.
