@Jiminallybillybob Raikage uses chakra to make his hits stronger, bee kind of uses taijutsu, he uses swords, and most of the time when you see kakashi fighting, he's using the sharingan or chidori.
@SexabIe But the Raikages is strong anyway and makes himself uber stong when he uses chakra. Minato still stands, as does Bee. Saskue and Itachi have pretty awesome Taijutsu - even without using the Sharigan. Jugo, Choji, Tsunade's raw strength and Jiraya.
@Jiminallybillybob Now that I think about it, I wouldn't count bee's swords as taijutsu. When have you actually seen Itachi or Sasuke fight without using sharingan? Jugo can fight, unless he transforms, Choji can't fight unless he take his food pills, and Tsunade is just sending chakra to her hands just like Sakura does to make her strong.

Choji doesnt use food pills anymore and when he did it was in an extreme circumstance, Jugo can fight before he transforms, Bee does his lariate etc without swords and Tsunade has raw strength as well - evident when she ran out of chakra against Orochimaru and she uses chakra to bring it to a unstopable, unsurpassed strength

Choji obviously is horrible at fighting, the only time he can do damage to anyone is when he does the human boulder and the expansion jutsu, Jugo doesn't even fight before he transforms, the only time he wants to fight is when he gets angry and transforms. Bee lost as soon as he lost his swords, and Tsunade needed Naruto to beat Kabuto because she ran out of chakra, she couldn't do anything without her chakra.
@SexabIe She had a fear of blood - a severe one at that and she hadn't have fought for decades. Unable to beat Kabuto isnt a bad thing. Back then , he was as strong as Kakashi and now he's a major villan. Anyway- Tsunade fought toe to toe with Orochimaru afterwards. Bee never lost without his swords, he outmastered them and is still alive and kicking.

She's not strong, tsunade taught her to channel chakra into her hands so she could pack more power. Without the chakra, shes just normal.
