Ce match ne vaut que par les prolongations car les défenses se sont relachées à ce moment là. Dans ce mondial 1970, j'ai aimé Angleterre Brésil au premier tour où les brésiliens qui ont gagné 1 à 0, ont eu chaud devant les anglais. Ainsi qu' Allemagne Angleterre en quart avec un suspense d'enfer sous un soleil de plomb, et une victoire des allemands 3 à 2 après prolongations, alors que les anglais menant 2 à 0, leur entraineur a fait sortir leur meilleur joueur pour le "préserver".
