great video and good choices, I only have one problem. Miss Mexico Universe Elisa Najera should've been NO. 1-she is absolutely the best contestant from any pageant of any year, I am so impressed with her, even after 3 yrs of seeing her. She has it all-beauty, height, body and most of all--intelligence. I dont know why everyone likes dayana m. so much, she's not even beautiful or smart like Elisa, she stole the crown from Elisa Najera, the real Miss Universe of all time!!!!!

You don't know who Taliana Really is? So you cannot judge that she has less brain. Maybe you don't have logic in your colege that states you cannot judge something just by one basis. So when you say:

Well, as you can witness, there are far more people who admires for Taliana. I don't agree with your statement: "at the end of the pageant, the crowned will emerge as the fairest, the best and the most gorgeous of them all" - because not all the time that the winner is the best and the most gorgeous, a lot of examples to that like Prescilla Perales of Mexico; she was a semi finalist in Miss Universe 2006 but later went on the title of Miss International 2007?

taliana may have a better gown but dayana had a lot of class and poise...her catwalk was far better than taliana...when dayana, removed her scarf, it was so sharp...she was superb...and her consistency sustained until the end of the pageant....anyway, she won at the end, so she's the queen among the queens...

Yah, she won but you cannot deny the fact that many people around the world favored for Taliana as the winner and so everyone of us claiming that she was really the queen of all queens only in our hearts. I ranked her (Dayana Mendoza) as the winner when we are to consider the final question and answer and so Taliana makes to be the queen of this video because it was agreed that not only the question and answer round are to be considered but also for the typical and traditional part of the pageant which are the swimsuit and gown competition; that Taliana made a difference from Dayana

actually, when we will base on the final question alone...i believe that taliana would have been the 4th runner up...her question was so weak yet she gave a weaker answer....mexico, she nailed the answer but it was a perrenial question and her answer was expected...and she must be the 1st runner up...dayana's question was the toughest yet she answered it confidently and idiomatically which was outstanding so she deserved it...

No!!.. Taliana's answer was good but the fact that she was hesitating to express her answer, that was a minus points. For me the ranking would be:

Miss Universe: Miss Venezuela

1st RU: Miss Dominican Republic

2nd RU: Miss Colombia

3rd RU: Miss Mexico

4th RU: Miss Russia

Gown competition:

Dayana Mendoza seems to be lucky in her yellow gown and I love to the way she tried to twirl. It just like what she did in the prelim.

Taliana Vargas wows again with her more twirling gown. The gown's design is basically a good choice for her to wear . I believed that the chemistry between taliana and her wardrobe worked.

Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza looks fresh has a towering figure and very confident.

Miss Colombia Taliana Vargas wow, I;m out of words. She looks seductive,fresh and very confident.

Well, Taliana seems enjoying every time she walks in front of the crowd and that's what the jurors are looking for. She got the highest scores in both swimsuit and gown competition because of the poise and charm she showed.

then, appeal to the supreme court!!!....after all, DAYANA MENDOZA had the crown...and look at her catwalk in the swimsuit...its awesome....when she removed her scarf, it was great and sharp...when she had the triple turn in the long gown act, it was the greatest...and admit it, taliana failed in the final question...about the surgery thing, nothing is wrong as long as you get enhanced...LONG LIVE THE MISS UNIVERSE 2009...

Actually, I also favored Dayana Mendoza but it would be better of Taliana Vargas won the crown. I was just expressing what I observed between Taliana and Dayana. And since you're talking about the swimsuit and gown competition, I firmly believe that Taliana deserves to be the top scorer. Both of them were excellent but we also have to compare their physical features which Taliana has the best.

Well, just take a look at the physical features of Miss Colombia Taliana Vargas, she has it all. Her body is just awesome, she's not thin but she did disciplined her body . It's her natural assets. she got the poise and charm. She's very good in cat walking, she deserves the highest scores. ShS......Dayana Mendoza Miss Venezuela undergone plastic surgery.

great video i loved it, but not with taliana she will never be better than dayana, and she never deserved those score she got, if the judges wouldnt have given her those undeserved scoires, either one of the othr 3 girls apart form dayana could have had her spot, the scores were biased but they realized who was the true winner; DAYANA, and mexico was ten times better than taliana, i always say whatever injustice the judges do in the scores always get undone in the final question.
