Am I supposed to feel sorry for this father because his life wasn't rosy? If we could all justify our actions based on that, we would need more prisons. Hypocrisy makes you no different than the perpetrator. This guy is abusive and there is NO excuse for his behavior. Providing him with an excuse perpetuates abuse. I don't feel sorry for this father. The only person I feel sorry for is the child who is forced to choose between the two because adults can't act like adults.

Did you watch part 1? It's a short film based on a feature film that I am trying to get financing for. It's a great story, and one worth telling. The feature version goes much more into depth.

The young man who plays Matthew is excellent. There has to be more to this story than what I just watched. Gimme more!
