how to level up pokemon fast in emerald

Or you could go to a mud slide like the one in the desert and put something on the control pad and use an acro bike and you get two steps every time you hit the slide if they're in the daycare

This is really stupid because you can level up a pokemon to 100 just by beating the elite four alot. I started training Beldum from level 5 two days ago and now he is a level 100 Metagross. A pokemon gains one experience from a step so this method would take way to long to train and would put strain on your game card/ device.

@Hans1994yout true i have done the same thing exactly with a beldum one thing is if you didnt realize every time you face the elite four they get strong so if you struggled to get through it the first then is an alternative also for those who are have trouble actually getting there this can help as for the strain on the game card the game is meant for constant walking around so this is very minimal plus it cause more strain with the animation from a battle you can say it is stupid but it helps

In emerald specifically, you can do a rare candy cloning glitch at the battle tower.

1. Give a pokemon in the PC a rare candy

2. Save

3. Take the rare candy from the pokemon

4. Go to the "Link Battle" counter.

5. Participate, and turn off while it is saving

6. Turn it back on, you should have a rare candy in your bag AND attached to the pokemon.

repeat multiple times with more cloned rare candies for easy level up (dont forget to EV train them first ;]).

@megabimbo619 its not a glitch your pokemon get one xp for every step you take while in the daycare so if you get on your bike and run that path for maybe say 30 mins to an hour it should increase your pokemon , depending on what level, for either 5 to 7 levels

this is an okay method but yes the pokemon's stats and moves get messed up.

An amazing way to level is to bring a pokemon you want to level and put exp share on it. Now bring a legendary with you and put it in front. Go into the elite four and kill as many pokemon as you can without healing your legendary. When your legendary an your other pokemon faints, repaet this. it's fast levelng but your way is pretty great too.

I know a better way : go north of mauville city to the dessert go north in the dessert and you'll see a mud hill you need an acro bike and ride on it. the whole time. you could put something on the up button to keep riding. Well hope it helps you guys :)

In Pokemon Emerald, you can get Rayquaza before fighting the Elite Four. Just get the seven badges, follow up on that storyline with Team Aqua7 Magma w/ Kyogre and Groudon, go to Sky Pillar and it should be there.

or you could just deposit the pokemon in the daycare, then go to the desert with the bike an dtry to go up the slope, but you cant. so then you use a rubber band to hold in the up button, then put your gameboy on charge, and leave it there overnight
