  • Now thats entertainment!

  • for this skit, it really doesn't what language you speak : )

  • 2:29 I love you too Jerry

  • I LOVE JERRY!!

  • The Bellboy is a fantastic picture. This scene (especially the end with the applause and shift in lighting), the scene where Stanley takes a picture of the moon outside and the flash turns night into day, and that shot of that crowd getting out of Jerry's car and then the pan over to Jerry getting out, are all works of pure cinematic art. I don't know how anyone could see this film and not appreciate Jerry Lewis for his incredible talent.

  • I love that cheeky grin in his eyes at 1:17. :D

  • rowan atkinson must have watched a lot of Jerry's films when he was a kid.Same theme operates here as Mr bean;loser/nerd acts above his station in life.

  • 4:14 YouTube video: Jerry Lewis as Stanley, The Bellboy; Conducting.

March 16, 1926: birth of Jerry Lewis, American comedian; best-known for his slapstick humor in screen, television, stage, and radio.

  • Jerry and The Fountainbleau never looked better :-)

  • Wow, that just made my day...LOL!

  • @YouAreSoRight Thats from the movie Cinderfella

  • bom

  • @ruo58742 Sorry, but you are probably the sort of person who finds Justin Timberlake entertaining and lady GaGa brilliant. The fact that you do not think Lewis is a superb talent is therefore comforting to me.

  • i love it when he crosses his eyes

  • Purely FINE!, thank you...I love this clip married to the exact-previous ChairSetUp footage... what a HOOT! this man IS. and was, in his youth. No wonder the whole nation of France loved and still loves the pure and MAD Zaniness of Jerry L. I love you, Jerry... and I THANK YOU! Always. =Johnny.

  • WOnderful! I love it how he mouths "I love you" to the flute HAHAHA. He's a genius :D

  • this was one of the best parts jerry played

  • I saw this when I was sooo young.

I laughed so hard and I never forgot it.

  • I'm a music ed major and our conducting teacher showed us this video to try and make us use more facial expression when we conduct!

  • XD lol!

  • They are all fantastic,i adore jerry lewis,it's a shame times change, cause talent doesn't , i will always love and appreciate jerry lewis i only wish everyone could be turned on to him today. What brilliance!!

  • I totally agree. Jerry was genius at his craft & brought out Dean's talent to the screen as well. Jerry did alot of the work & Dean depended on Jerry to do that. Although I did love them both.

  • @lebezel i totally agree!!!

  • que genial!!!

  • I love this part! His expressions had always cracked me up!

  • A great bit !!!

  • Pammy is absolutle right in everything she said!! Props, Pammy!

  • Truly one of Jery's best bits! There is no one better than the genius clown. Cheers to Jerry!

  • I<3 this part of the movie!!!

  • Happy Birthday Jerry:) I love you<3

  • Love this movie, it's awesome; and this has got to be one of the best skits ever!!! To be able to make people laugh without saying a word is amazing. This man is brilliant; his movies are the only ones(along with he n' Dean of course) that I can watch over, and over again and I never get tired of him. I laugh every time; in the same places. I think that is a real credit to Jerr to be able to do that. Nothing on tv even comes close to being this good; not to me anyway :)

    Thank you so much <3

  • I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!

    Jerry lewis is Absolutely Amazing!

  • hehehe Jer..."Very nice, I love you"

  • Hahaha! Jer your a mess! lol Thank you so much for posting this!

  • Do you have the one of him actually setting up those chairs?

  • I could upload that clip sometime this week if you'd like.

  • Cool, that would be great! I often use that part, when explaining to people how frustrated I feel, when I get real busy! It would be nice to SHOW it to them instead of explaining it. LOL. Plus it's very funny. If you post it, comment back here, so I know.

  • @AlwayzKickinIt

    Dear Al.,

Could you show or point me to, the sceen in the Jerry Lewis movie where a fortune in money and coins, falls from the trunk of a tree, which Jerry leans on, at the end of the movie? please.

    .

I remember this from my childhood and have not seen on You-Tube a copy of it.

    .

I don't know why I remember this scene.

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy

  • thanks for putting this up
