Fly Fishing Harriman State Park - Henry's Fork River, Idaho

Love to fish Henry's Fork, especially in the park. Not to fond of the Box Canyon and pocket water. I prefer dry's. Unfortunately, I have seen a steady decline in the quality of fishing in the Park over the past decade. Curious if any definitive root cause was identified as a result of the Caldera project.
