Cost of living up 3.4% every year. The cost of production/manufacturing up 8.9% the already scorhing high cost of manufacturing. Inflation at a all time high 4.0% since the 1998 at 1.2% 1998. Politics cost us everything. Who pays them? Not me! Oh yah where is the 4.7 billion from Social Security? China?NO!
"The kind of change we seek, will not come easily.." -Sen. Barack Obama
America needs Barack Obama to help make our country whole. There is a reason he has won more states, more delegates and more votes. WE WANT CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!!
If there is a POLITICIAN...not Activist, that can get a multiracial and multi cultural room to chant, scream, and beleive those words-to fight for those words, well.......................
Volunteer, I did it, was easy and got several more votes in. On election day we need foot canvassers. This means sign up on the web site, all you have to to is walk door to door on primary day and remind people who have already registered as Obama supporters to get out and vote on primary day. They will be happy to see you.
Barack Obama (born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is the 44th President of the United States. President Obama won the 2008 election by running as a change candidate against the incubment Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton, during the Democratic Party primaries and defeated Senator John McCain, Republican Arizona, in the 2008 general election to become the third President from the great State of Illinois.
Please elect Obama, review his civil record, how he has transformed civil law in his state, that he is a top harvard law grad.
He is perfect, there must be a god to have finally a man who inspires in an age where inspiration is as dry as the desert. Your choices as Americans effect us all in the world. Please elect someone who will not only transform your domestic policy, in healthcare and education but also save us all from your nations atrocities in the world.
I'm Spanish and I fully agree with the German guy down there. Everyone in Europe is talking about Mr Obama with amazement. All European media praise his consistent policies for home and abroad, his high moral stance and his soaring rhetoric. BARACK OBAMA: A MORAL WORLD LEADER.
WOW! *Jaw drops to the floor* I have found my next President. We have to carry this guy all the way to the White House. He's the right guy for the job!
good luck from germany... obama is offering the best speeches i ever heard in my life, i hope we would have such an enthusiastic politician over here. if he stands for his words, i got hope that america will find a better place in the world than in the last eight years... if i could vote him i would do so, BUT I CAN'T! ;)
I will not vote for a candidate that has handlers here on youtube APPROVING COMMENTS! Sensorship, freedom of expression, is an American foundation! Posting only positive responses to your candidate is being as DISHONEST as it gets! Shame on you For letting only your view of what you think should be posted!

E pluribus unum - Out of many, one. So happy to hear that concept reintroduced to American political discourse. All the best from Canada - I hope you Americans elect him!
As someone who is watching this election campaign from outside - I am from germany - I really hope that this man will be the next president of the United States of America.
But I also admit that there are some doubts whether Obama won't fulfill all the expectations the american people have.
Not because he is not able to achieve his goals but because the more expectations you have in someone the more you'll be disappointed if your expectations won't get fullfilled.
I don't think YouTubers understood your post that you were complimenting this part of his speech from the 7 minute 7 second mark to the 7 minute 55 second mark. Thumbs up from me though.
I am Dutch but if I were an American I would surely vote for this man. Get rid of that old Bush-clan and let hope in. End that stupid good-for-nothing war that's giving America a bad name all over the world.
I really hope we do wissie; I really really want Obama to be the democratic nominee, he brings a new air of hope, the clinton-bush thing has already been done, American needs a fresh start to repair the damage done to us and our image in the world!! OBAMA '08 !!
Every generation complains about the younger one being immoral, reckless, rude, the downfall of society, etc. and it's never true. But no other generation has forced the younger one to live under zero-tolerance, youth curfew, and unreasonable searches ans seizures like my generation has lived under.
Now that some of us can vote, we've realized how bad and dangerous it is to take away liberties...
...We don't want to just stop the tide against our liberties; we want to turn the tide and expand them.
Obama doesn't just speak to us; he speaks with us. And I don't mean only young people. I mean every American, red and blue, black and white, young and old.
As a 58 year old black women, who marched as a 13 year old in the March on Washington, cried when JFK, MLK, RFK died, and sat in at my university protesting against the Vietnam war, for women's rights, and for civil right for all people, I am an Obama believer. Yes we CAN !!!!
oh my god, teeny boppers are the downfall of this country, i bet all you college kids voting for obama, cant name 10 of his proposal's or 10 proposal's from anyone running against him, you see a well spoken black man & throw you vote at him
That's not true. It's us teeny boppers who pay more attention to policies and proposals. It is us who would rather research and listen to a politician than rather clean vote for a single party. It is OUR future that's being decided and we've taken it into our hands to not let it be ruined again.
What you need to understand...is that this "Well-Spoken" Black Man will challenge and inspire these "teeny-boppers" to learn about the political process and to participate in changing the course of America. To not be afriad stand up against the lobbyist and the "old-way" of thinking and demand change for the better... And let's not even mention that the schools in my community have 20 yr old text books, no computers...but Bush takes 87 billion to REBUILD IRAQ.
I am from Singapore and I am a Chinese. What a great and inspiring speech! I believe this new leader is able to lead americans to a greater future and bring peace to the world.
I am almost afraid to hope ..one more time ..one last time .. that our long national nightmare ....may be coming to an end ...and Obama is THE ONE that can lead us ALL
Im from south carolina, and i played a part in this victory speech, in that i did vote for President Obama in our DEM Primary. Let's take it all the way people...Barack Obama, 2008 President of the U.S. We will make it happen!
Obama will make a GREAT President. Our fragile democracy is at risk.
I am tired of the same-o, same-o. Besides, after 4 years of Bush, 8 years of Clinton, 8 years of George W., we don't need another dynasty in the White House.
I agree with Carolyn Kennedy that Obama is the person I want for President for the sake of the future of this country.
No one could have delivered this speech with more grace, respect and class then Obama. He demonstrated how politics should really be played! GO OBAMA!
But how? If change were that easy, it would have happened by now. Obama isn't the only politician with his heart in the right place.
Unfortunately, people are separated by class, race, etc. because each group comes with a different set of needs. Simply saying that those different needs are going to disappear and that everybody will live happily ever after is really setting people up for disappointment.
You're right (at the moment) but that kind of thinking only continues the division. Someone has to make an effort to act like a human being and stop treating their fellow citizens like cannon fodder and skin colors. Barack Obama may be the first president in the history of the United States to treat people like they're poeple both rich and poor and black, brown and ,white! I choose to follow his example!
In this race for President, we, the people, will make the difference. It is time for us to stop having a government that is TO the people and vote for a government that is FOR the people!
You are the man, Obama! Thank you for what you are doing for this great country, and thank you, the people of S.C. Tennessee is next! If it can happen here, it can happen anywhere.
Time of Martin Luther King's prophecy has come, and i'm really touched by Obama's speeches remain me Martin Luther King's speeches. May God bless you and all people around the world who believe in change
This man means an entire new era of hope not only to America - but to the rest of the world as well! We are with you and we hope and pray for Obama. All the best from Berlin/Germany! YES, WE CAN!
He is AWESOME. My high school friends from the '60s are getting behind him, rich and poor, geeks and freaks, everyone. We've been waiting for this since 1968.
i only hope that he can bring change to this nation, and change of upward mobility. I would be disappointed, and surprised, if he does not take money away from large corporations and aleviate the lives of the working class, the heart and soul of this country.
If we want change in our country we need to end corporate rule. A change in leaders will not solve the problems, we need to reconstruct our entire economic and political agenda.
Everyone that appreciates Obama should take the next step if they feel comfortable enough to do so, and join this movement by going to Obama's website and signing up to help spread his message. So many people know so little about this candidate, it is a shame. We must change that and time is running out!
I know, It's just something about his voice-it sounds like it's not possible for him to lie. I would love a change in president. I don't want Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton. Let's throw an Obama in there.
The man speaks from the heart. America..we may never get a chance like this again. Vote for this man...it makes so much sense. Our Nation, our people, our world will be great with him in office..and honestly I was once a Hillary supporter. But I feel that sometimes she'll say any and everything to get elected..and that's not right
As an independent I see a person here who is very interesting. I am a conservative, but I am excited by his eloquence and independent thinking. I think I can support Barack. I hope he is as real as his honest talk sounds. I haven't decided yet, but wow, he is something! This country really needs a lot of fixing, starting with an attitude adjustment. I see similarities with other "mavericks" JFK, RWR. I am a 52 year old white, male conservative. I vote on Super-Tuesday....YES WE CAN!
I am from Caucasian descent and I am from Canada. Watching Mr.Obama I feel that he can bring civility back to US and make us proud as having a great southern neigbour! My best wishes to Obama 08!
Oh man, this guy is brillant... I honestly hope he wins. And with any luck, Canadian Liberal Leader Stephanie Dion will become PM just in time for Obama to become President. In my opionion, Dion and Obama could work together to fight poverty, climate change,etc..
Obama should produce these Latinos he worked with as a community organizer if they are still friendly with him and would be willing to appear with him. This is not the same as pandering. More like a solid job reference. These people would have real info to give, not that their opinion counts for everything. That's what I would do to reach Latinos who have some doubts or prejudices but can be reached. I'd do it now. Do not pass California...
If you look hard enough on youtube there is a video of him marching with them on the picket lines. Look on his youtube account. I'm not sure if that is where I saw it, but it is on here.
This is so inspiring. Finally a person who has the spirit, the passion and the great ability to take America in a new direction. Let's make this happen on super tuesday! We have to get this right! If we pass up this chance and fall for the old truth-twisting dynasties again, America may not get the chance for a good leader again any time soon!
I'm a 46-yr. old white, professional woman, and I've never EVER been as enthusiastic about a candidate as I am about this man. This country needs Barack Obama.
E pluribus unum, one of the greatest principles of the America. Great speech Barack, I got teared up. I live in Sweden and I'm rooting for you and all Americans for change. I too belive that America can, as we all can CHANGE!
I think electing Obama would be the best thing we could do for our country, for a number of reasons--he is clearly the best person running. It will be interesting to see if the public realizes this and he gets the necessary votes. I mean, the public doesn't usually show a lot of good sense in electing people to high office. I hope things have changed.

Race doesn't matter. We are all going through

He is AWESOME. My high school friends from the '60s are getting behind him, rich and poor, geeks and freaks, everyone. We've been waiting for this since 1968.

i only hope that he can bring change to this nation, and change of upward mobility. I would be disappointed, and surprised, if he does not take money away from large corporations and aleviate the lives of the working class, the heart and soul of this country.
sharinganclan213 4 years ago
If we want change in our country we need to end corporate rule. A change in leaders will not solve the problems, we need to reconstruct our entire economic and political agenda.

Because of Obama, I have registered to vote and will be performing my civic duty of voting this year.
Thank you Obama - for making me believe in the Change.

Everyone that appreciates Obama should take the next step if they feel comfortable enough to do so, and join this movement by going to Obama's website and signing up to help spread his message. So many people know so little about this candidate, it is a shame. We must change that and time is running out!
