It's not fake. You can use some thing called ''Map Editor'' If you have Action reply Ds or you can use the long (like i did) way by cutting down all the tree's with axes and making the design's at the Able Sister's. My town is the ''Urban Theme''.

I later found it on a site after I had completed the town. The site is called animalxing :)
