WET paper is much easier to mould than DRY paper with a bit of glue slapped on both sides as in this vid;) also torn paper will give a better stronger finish than paper with cut edges!

@chucktone11 Just get the basic shape with 2-3 layers (or 4) and then add a couple layers of epoxy/hardener resin. Adding the resin would make it multiple times stronger. Fiberglass to go along with it again makes it multiple times stronger than just the resin alone, but you don't need the fiberglass.
