From polish translation So wearied her passing bars, that her look quite foggy As if the vicious world had a thousand bars and there is no world but a thousand bars. Her soft gait encounters no resistance, wandering inside the smallest box - is like a dance of strength around the center, which takes enormous will numb. Sometimes the pupils lifts veil quietly. - And alien image in August penetrates. He goes by the concentrated silence of the body - and in my heart silently dies.

It's my favourite poem, but in polish translation. In English it has no rhyme. Polish version is far more beautiful. I wonder if German original is more like this or like Polish :P

Sarcastic right? Then, I would agree with you. Poetry...boring? Poetry is the most startling thing in the universe. And as for humanity...humanity has never resisted poetry. Its the mob that prefers else.
