For your upper water line you can do your bottom like you did above. But then squint your eyes together, it gets the upper water line pretty good. Just repeat and it gets it done really well. I have the same problem my eyes get really watery. Found this to work. :) Hope that helps ^_^

To do your top waterline you simply place you coal eyeliner and place it on your bottom waterline and close your eye on it. press you eye together. don't poke your eye out. and slide the eyeliner to the other corner of your eye.

It's hard for me to line my upper waterline too, but after you line your lower waterline, squeeze your eyes together and some of the color transfers. :)

I absolutely adore your make up here!! Not to much and easy enough to do!! Yano for the waterline, if you use eyeshadow and but it on using a cotton tip it lasts longer than pencil, and your eyes water less.

@happybunney112 Hmm with darker skin, I don't think that the white eyeshadow would work very well, but if you replaced the white with perhaps a dark red and used a beige/light brown on the area like above the actual eye (up to the eyebrow) and blend these where they meet, that would look cute :)
