  • India is a cattle class slum dog nation immersed in poverty, ignorance, and filth. Accept the truth - /watch?v=OqQtJEOCMhk

  • We understand what u have said Mr Shashi. The journalist made unnecessary drama about an expression which was misunderstood.

  • the funny thing is that his malayalam is not so great either. English is really the language he is the most comfortable in it seems

  • @vision394u It's a language for the mentally deranged. That's why it can be spelled backwards. Lunatic language of the coconut jungle tribals.

  • knowing hindi is not imperative for being in politics, remember that there are considerable non-hindi speaking community in southern india they are also INDIANS ..their language needs to be respected, given the fact that Mr. Tharoor hails from kerala and yet is making a good effort towards speaking hindi is indeed commendable ...some people think that since the center is at delhi, every indian must speak hindi or know hindi....its these very people who instigate politicians like Raj Thackeray

  • i agree bro but regional chauvinism should be rejected

  • yes... we are born and grawn up seeing OUR version of India Map and Chinese are born and grown with Chinese version of India map.

  • China anexed our neighbouring and ancient country Tibet. After anexing Tibet China said they have a border probel with India, Arunachal is theirs. Next China will aenex Bhuta and will say Assam and Sikkim is theirs. next will be Nepal and China wil caim Uttaranchal. The probem is not Arunachal. The probel is occupation of Tibet by China.

Mr. Tharoor says there is dispute about border, difference in perception. Are we not sure where our border is????

  • @ShivHassanMasih Yes, Actually we not sure on were our borders are when it comes to China / India border. Arunachal is ours, and it is more or less a defense tactic to keep that as an open issue so that other border issues will not come up. India China border is not clearly defined like how India Pak border is defined.

And this is not a new issue. Unfortunately Indian ministers (no matter which party they were from) did nothing and come out just clean (but useless) once the term is finished.

  • sir your hindi needs some more work ...

  • @ronakchhajed

Hindi is not his mother tongue.. not even his second langugage. But still he put effort and learnt to converse in Hindi. If it was me, I would have spoken in the language in which I am most comfortable with. And I believe making Hindi as a national language was the biggest blunder in constitutional India. It actually splitted Indians as Southies and Northies.

  • @rijunirmal :But I (who is from the south) would never say that making Hindi the national language ws a blunder, just because of the fact that we believe in national integrity. We all talk our mother tongue, nobody had to teach us that. Now, when we go out to the north we meet more and more people (rich and poor) who speaks the same language, Hindi. If we put in an effort to learn this language, the whole of India can spk the same language. Isn't tht wonderful??? South and North is a diff issue.

  • @jojojoy2k brother, national integrity doesnt need hindi in particular, Any language as national language would do that. In real hindi had as much damage as it done good to the national integration. Coz it simply alienated the non-hindi speaking states. I personally would have preferred English as a national language, and trust me it would have bee even more wonderful and would have integrated country even better. Simply because it was the national language for 200 years, before hindi came in

  • @rijunirmal bro, telme how many of the masses in North do know English than a few city grown enducated fellas? I don't think that even makes even 5% of the people in the North.

  • @jojojoy2k Well thats exactly my point. I would take it as 100% didnt know english at time when india became republic. But 2-3 generations down the line it would have been 10%. And it would have made us very competitive in the world. Coz if like it or not, English is the global language and it is essential for a country to grow.

Making Hindi unofficial national language has really alienated the non-hindi speaking states. And the way it is going, it looks to remain same for many genrations.

  • @ronakchhajed really ? what makes you say that ronak ?
