As Memorial Day draws near, let us remember those that gave their lives for us all so that we can live in peace. I served in the Navy (1986-1990). However, there is one day that sticks in my mind: April 1, 1945. It was on that day that my uncle was killed in action in Germany. Memorial Day is more than beaches, pools, & Bar-B-Ques. It is a time to say Thank You to the one's who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country. God Bless America.

well aint that the shit...my platoon, right there, marchin' and doing cadence, me being 3rd squad leader...those other schools sucked at marching and cadence...
