They were not spit-shined and super polished to look fake as fk in their video. Heck Kurt Cobain was wearing hand-me-downs to most of his more popular venues! And Novolest (prolly spelled horribly) was often barefoot on stage. It was about casual comfort and non conformity. Just throw on a fkn shirt and jeans and get out there!
