@skagman76 Just over a year later, in 1996, Noye became involved in a motorway fight and killed a young lad. he got 16 years
The trial judge at Noye's trial for murder did not make any recommendation as to how long Noye should spend in prison, but the then Home Secretary David Blunkett set a minimum term before Noye may apply for parole of 16 years in 2002.
@jamiewilson999 A pure guess based on the reverb used on the snare - it sounds very Prodigy, although for sure the original rhythm track is slower and funkier.
In my experience, a lot of remixes at some point go for the straight four with a pumping bass no matter what the original track was doing. Good luck with your search jamie :)
@jamiewilson999 the tune is actually the Ferry Corsten remix of "Adagio for Strings" by William Orbit (Barber, originally). It was big in the clubs in the summer of 2000 as I recall, so after all the stuff in the film had occured...
Crime does not pay, morally, although there is a short-term financial gain. Can all these hardmen whose drugs kill kids sleep at night?? I am soft, and poor, and legal, and cd not last 5secs, But I fear for these hardmen, and also for the bent coppers. The verve said, 'Drugs dont work' - but this docu puts paid to the myth of 'gentlemen gangsters' The answer to poverty is not crime (plenty of corporate execs doing things which are legally, but morally criminal!!)
The track is william orbit adgio for strings (if your into dance music it's only one of the biggest tracks of all time fucking idiot) and where the fuck is the final part...
IVE TAKEN THE APPLE ECSTACY MYSELF. THEY WERE SAFE. STRONGER THAN DOVES YES, BUT SAFE. LEAH PROBABLY FELT OFF HER HEAD, SO SHE STARTED DRINKING LOADS OF WATER, NOT REALISING THAT DOING THAT CAN KILL YOU. SHE SHOULD HAVE WAITED AND THE ECSTACY WOULD HAVE WORN OFF.
@leedumett444 the dodgy ecstasy which had anti diuretics in it prevented leah from passing urine. so the drug did kill her. forensic practitioners say she wouldnt have died from just drinking the 7 litres in 90 mins.
@racewalkingrules There were no anti-diuretics added to the pills, you're making things up. It was reported that she may have suffered SIADH as a result of the water intoxication according to a BBC report in 2005. BUT this still means that the ecstasy did not cause her death. Like it or not it was Leah following advice to drink plenty of water, 7ltrs in 90min is 1 pint every 7 minutes... this caused the hyponatremia which caused her collapse and subsequent cerebral oedema and ultimate death.
@rootsquare no im not making it up. the amount of water she drank wouldnt have killed her in any other circumstance. the fact that the dodgy pills contained anti-diuretics combined with all the water she drank resulted in her death. she was unable to get the water out.
ive always wondered who killed the 3 gangstas and rise of the foot soldier dosent give anything away that we didnt allready no about ,police, mickey steele, other people who pat tate owed money to, but i didnt know untill now that pat did buisness with kenny noye and kenny is a tru gangsta that is sheer ruthless,
@mogroov yeah i know i was dropping edwards back in 88 up until about 96 so I know all about how to do them mate! I first paid 15 a time and by the time i stopped doin em i was paying 4 quid a pill, but the difference in quality was noticable...to be honest I only ever drank a lot of water if i was in a club dancing for hours, the shirt would be off I would leave drenched in sweat, the only bad experience I ever had was with some pills called 'bulls'
end of the day leah Betts took the tablets willingly!! its always a gamble but it was HER CHOICE!! yeah you u can understand her old man being mad, but hey she was an 18 year old woman making her own choices in life!
