I don't think the team realizes,we discuss them over the dinner table & on long road trips. A few weeks ago, on the way to a 3 hr camping trip, my hubby and I got into a pretty passionate discussion (ok I was the most passionate one) about whether Posey's accident could have been avoided. Many say baseball is baseball and I understand that point of view, but Posey, "this is a wife's take on it", not just Kristin's buddy! This is not tackle football! I am on your page Kristin : )

Giants fans need to quit bitching about all their injuries.

The Braves were the best team in the NL last year, with out a doubt. they entered the playoff series against SF with a completley different infield than they did onpening day, and still was able to score runs and take a game away from them.

so quit finding excuses as to why they are losing.

i like SF as well as ATL, but no one pittied the Bravos last year, so why should SF get pitty?

@sanfrangiants55 i didnt. i just proved that a team could win with a depleted lineup. the Braves made the post season AND had SF down to its final strike before going up 2-1 in the series (and the Brooks had his blunder).

Even though SF has 6 games left with ARI, it isnt looking good unless their offense can get it together. or they wont be given an opportunity to defend last years championship

@cigiesandvtines I'll admit that the Braves are a frikin great team. The Giants had better players last year than this year, mostly because of the, yes, injuries. But you can't rule them out yet, even though the offense is just plain awful. The Giants beat the Braves last year. I'm worried right now, but I'm keeping the faith!
