that was the cutest scene in ugly betty! i love marc... and i LOVE wilhelmina! she acts icy and heartless but she obviously does have a heart. (in every scene, she shows that she's a human with real feelings, and there aren't a lot of villains like that.) she has a motherly quality about her that's really comforting in a way.

And what makes the show so great is that all the characters are great, even the meanies.
