To all you nasty morons who have nothing but cruel comments to make: In normal people, the brain tells you when you have had enough by making you "feel full". This does NOT happen for people like Manuel. So they keep on eating trying to feel "sated". Granted, after eating a full meal, they should just stop, but when that feeling of hunger is still there, it is a very hard thing to do.You would need a lot of will power and some just don't have it. QUIT being so nasty and cruel!

the problem of obeseity is often not the quantity but the kind of food. i mean if you drink two glasses of water you are not thirsty anymore. but lemonade and coke and so on content sugar which makes you more thirsty. that does not mean that you always have to eat vegetables and fruits but eating only burger and chips is very unhealthly.
