@Erikk91 Well, yes, I play it on the harpsichord and clavichord, too. However, on this occasion, it's on the organ, and taking advantage of some extra horsepower.

Well performed! A very curious piece, and makes me wonder as to what purpose Bach wrote it for. It does dwell on certain phrases quite exhaustively, so musically not the most intesting, however it goes through a whole lot of keys. Perhaps, as a stab in the dark, it might have been used by Bach to test organs???

@Lopear27 Maybe he didn't have any purpose. Maybe he didn't even compose it. Maybe it's a piece by one of his students.

"Stylus Phantasticus", eh? that's a new one to me.. I like it. And I really liked your performance. The sheets were a bit blurry, but the logic and form shone thru alright. I never heard this particular piece before - thanks for exposing me to it.
